Jul 26,2024Worthless service, I’ve never received my mail, they did not provide it to me or scan it into the system. No one contact me, I had to contact them and ask why I wasn’t getting my mail from the Internal Revenue Service. They claimed I failed to complete the 1583 but never contacted me. Today they admitted they had everything but one of their employees was incompetent and couldn’t figure out how to do their job back in February, but no one did anything other than keep charging my credit card every month and ignoring mail I was receiving.

Jul 25,2024Added to original post: 7.25.24:Customer support reached out to me after writing a negative review (below) for PostScan Mail. They are working with me to fix the issues I've been having and this includes changing the service provider to someone more reliable. This will also fix the monster long address and no visible pricing issues. So I'm adding another star until I see where this ends up. Definitely appreciate how quickly they reached out to me. --------------------------------------- 7.24.24: Really conflicted with this service. It works for the most part, if you're just forwarding as regular mail (though it takes forever to go from PA to CA - like 7 days or more and part of that is how long it sits before local service provider in Camp Hill, PA actually sends it), it seems pointless to pay extra for priority mail when it doesn't get dropped at the post office for another 2 days. Seriously? I'm moving across the country in less than a week and noted my move date on a recent transaction. I paid extra for priority mail and it still hasn't been taken to the PO. The PO has no record of the tracking number. It's now 4 pm EST on a Wednesday. I probably will not receive this mail before I move. This is a check that I needed. They once offered the service of depositing checks but when I reached out about doing so no one ever got back to me. Additionally, the address is so long that most companies won't accept it ... banks, credit cards, etc ... it comes up as not being a real address. And, I hate that I don't know the price until after clicking through everything and committing to a method of forwarding (USPS or UPS). In looking at other providers I feel like I should have used a different company.

I had an issue with validating my mailing address abroad online for the mail forward I wanted to do, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quick and attentive service I received from Latia when I emailed the company and my international mail forward was taken care of and arrived fast with no problems! It's great to know you've got a service you can rely on. Thank you!!

I had the good fortune to work with Tarvn L. who was able to help me with everything I needed. Tarvn was patient, helpful, and in every way a perfect example of a great customer service professional and that gives me a lot of confidence in signing up for PostScan Mail services.

Jun 05,2024What made my experience great was working with Indira Mato. She helps me ship my packages from the USA to France because the postscanmail online system cannot do it if all you want to forward/send a letter. She does this for me each time. I would be lost without her assistance.
