I've been a customer for just about 3 years. I started with one rate and at some point it changed. Twice, my credit card was charged $300USD and the reason given was I didn't clean my mail box. They reversed the charge but I ended having to call CS again because the next month another high charge showed up. There have also been times when I've sent questions to CS using the contact feature and no one ever responded back. I go ahead and keep the service because I live outside of the US and the process to redirect mail is just too tedious to manage at this time. As soon as I have the opportunity, I will cancel this service and will NOT recommend that others join. I am dissatisfied with so many aspects of PostScanMail service. The only good thing, is I do receive my mail, they scan it, in a timely manner. However , I remain confused and frustrated with the billing practices.
Post scan mail pays special close attention to each customer, personally handling each piece of mail to the customer's direction. That is appreciated. I like to think that my mail is being handled for me in the way I want it handled, not by a machine.
The best service out there, reliable, good customer service and they always help me with some special or emergency request. Keep the good work.

It is a peace of mind when I am traveling without the worry of missing important mail , it is great to respond and action it on time . It is a relief not to have the mail piling up and need hours sorting them out up upon my return home.
The day of great customer service is gone. What I receive from PSM is Platinum customer service. The representative went above and beyond to provide me information that assisted me in making an informative decision. I am very fortunate to have found PSM. PSM provides me the service I needed and more.

Customer for Years, Finally Done PostScan Mail is cheaper. The scanning is sometimes very slow. A few times, I've received other people's mail. The website is slow. A few times, my scans were corrupted (the support ticket on that was promised to be resolved but remains not so). The customer service is incapable and, at times, argumentative. Three years ago, I complained that my sensitive, scanned documents were being sent to me via email. They promised to offer a solution. A year later, with no solution, I asked again. The response was, "We offer bank level encryption." Yeah, okay, but email is not secure. Please don't send my scans as email attachments. "But we're secure." So it went, until I gave up. I tried to ask one last time and got nothing. Finally, I've moved back to EarthClass Mail, which is much more expensive but also, much more reliable. So, the choice is: cut rate service with bad support or expensive service that handles your mail correctly (and offers more features).
The biggest issue with have with PostScan is that they take mail sent to a local mailbox in NJ and forward it to California to have it opened and scanned there. This causes mail to be delayed quite a bit, especially if it's a check that needs to be mailed to us back in NJ. They don't offer check deposit services, so this is a drawback if you're looking for that. It would also be nice to get an actual receipt for the monthly fee. I am forced to take a screen shot of the billing statement online because it doesn't print properly and we get no receipt or statement via email.
The staff has been very helpful. It would be great if there were more mailing options listed in the forwarding selections such as Fedex or UPS. Also my zoom access on my devices will not allow me to place a forwarding mail order. Can the site accomidate this access better?
Good, reliable service, but bad tech. They need mobile apps and to replace their web dashboard. EDIT: They need an *android* app (android is 80% of the smartphone market – baffles me why anyone develops iOS first)
I think you provide a great service. There is one doubt I have. A couple of months ago I asked you to forward a letter to my Mexican address. In your confirmation, you showed the address you forwarded it to, but it seemed to have no country in it. Just the street address and the state within Mexico. It looked to me like the last line, with the name of the country was omited, even though it shows in the address I provided you with. By the way, the letter never reached me. I don´t know if it was caused by the discrepancy in the address, or simply the Mexican mail system failed, which would be not much of a surprise. UPDATE: I did finally receive that letter eight weeks after you forwarded it to me. You are right. It was correctly addressed by you. The delay was obviously caused by the Mexican post, not by you. Thank you.

Where has this service been all my life! Excellent idea and execution. It would be nice if local pickup of mail was available after hours at a traditional "Private Mail Box" store - i would be willing to pay extra for that.

They will write a note below responding to this, but if you read through their responses you will get a sense of some of the issues with the company from a customer service perspective. I cannot say enough to deter you from hiring this company. They do not respect customers or have an concept of ethical business practices. They should be shut down.
