Aug 18,2018We have unfortunately not had the best of luck. Mail has been routed to the wrong family members (even when names are clear and distinct), and some scans have been very blurry or missing pages! In general they do the job, but things could be going a lot better.

Aug 11,2018I think the instructions should be clearer for people wanting to sign up with multiple people in their house with different last names. The USPS is very specific in what they will forward. The service should ask up front "Is their more than one person forwarding to our mailbox and if so do they have different last names. Then explain during the setup that EACH PERSON will need to send in a notrized form sent in and both people will need to set up a forwarding address. Just my opinion but think it will help.

Jul 30,2018It was advertised mail would be received the same day or next day. My first article of mail arrived around the end of the day. I immediately requested for it to be scanned. I did not receive until mid-day 2 days later. I called customer service twice and they were not helpful at all. Questioning if I should continue with this service.

Jun 27,2018The service is convenient and allows you to see your postal mail online. They have an iPhone app that makes it super easy to view your mail and request operations like scan, forward, recycle etc... I would definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking for a permanent US mailing address to receive their mail and package deliveries especially while traveling.

Jun 26,2018I like this company, the mail is always scanned and the customer service is excellent, all these guys need to do is update the mobile app and make the website more mobile freindly! Other then that, I love postscan mail, I can be anywhere in the world and still get my mail in hand, good job!!!

Mar 29,2018After having some problems, I had an email conversation with support I couldn't believe. You can chose a mailbox with them at some address. It seems, some random person then signs for the packages/mail and 'they' will then forward it to another facility in California. Although someone linked to PostScan Mail will sign for the package, they say they are not responsible - yes, this is no joke. So, they sign for the package and it gets lost while in transfer to their facility in California - this is your fault !!! --- from the customer support [...] that by signing up, you agree to be responsible for any mail items being sent to and from PostScanMail until the item is in our possession. PostScanMail is only responsible for mail items that arrive at our Anaheim, CA processing facility [...] --- Frankly, the whole purpose of paying for an delivery address is to have a reliable service. If the provider does not even bother to see himself responsible, what's the point then?
