It has been 9 months I was dealing with them. I send them all my documents with the same exact address they kept rejecting my proof of addresses saying the address is incorrect. After calling and emailing the support for 3 days my problem has been sorted. If you try to create an LLC offshore in America and need an address you can use them .if any issue with the process do not hesitate contacting them directly skipping the notary service who just cancel your request without explanations .They will answer you fairly quickly and the agents will solve your problem .

The locations are private business , not warehouse, you need a notary form in order to receive anything, which is hard to get and you need to pay for that as well. I went through lot of stress trying to sort that out.

I canceled my account today after being a customer for 5 months. TLDR: Works great in certain cities based on other reviews, but awful in Dallas as of summer 2024. What I've gathered from my experience and through my conversations with customer service is that PostScan Mail, a national company, partners with local companies in each city (where the mailing address is registered) which are the ones that actually open and scan your mail. So if your local company sucks, your entire experience with the PostScan platform will also suck. Which was the case for me. I signed up in May of 2024. As of canceling today (Sep 2024) I have received a whooping grand total of 8 letters scanned! And that is AFTER me reaching out to complaint I'm not getting enough letters. The customer service reps gave me the number to the Dallas company (Eagle something something) so I can call them directly and essentially "aggressively follow up" frequently to make sure they're on top of my mail... However, I'm busy I don't have time to do that. I'd prefer more reliable options that don't take up my mental bandwidth. So in conclusion, unless they switch local vendors in Dallas, I do not recommend anyone getting any mail delivered through them.

When things go smooth postscanmail is a dream. But by god, customer support is awful. They take forever to reply and do not take the time to look into the issue properly, just sending cookie-cutter responses. If I could be bothered to change my addresses all over again I would change to another company

Shotgun-KYC. I wanted to use this service to have a modicum of privacy. It is unfortunately not possible with this service. I'm pro free-enterprise so I'm comfortable having people do business however they wish to. However, I want to be told in advance and have the business respect what it said. The contract (terms of service) on the website mention that a USPS consent form would be necessary. That is a US form. Being Canadian, I asked them specifically (beforehand) if that form would be required of me. I was told it wouldn't be because that form doesn't apply in Canada. I still had to go through some kind of verification as the account holder. I was then a ID-verified account holder. I then added extra recipient names. The contract does not stipulate that extra recipient names in Canada will necessitate ID verification. In fact, I created the account in January of 2023 and was never asked for ID for the other recipients. They didn't seem to have a problem collecting my monthly payments and scanning my mail under those names and even forwarding a letters to addresses, all without ID verfication for those extra recipients. Even the website when logged in (the user interface) doesn't ask for ID for those recipients. It doesn't even have a button or form to upload ID for a Canadian. All that changed on the 15th of August when I was asked to provide ID for one of the recipient names (not the other recipient names, mind you). That's even though they had already forwarded me a letter (addressed to that same name) a week prior. If ID verification is required for all the names, that means you can not use that service with a pseudonym. That's weird to me because even a normal PO BOX in Canada (with Canada Post) allows you to have mail sent to your PO BOX under any name you want. The only ID you have to provide is ID for the name of the owner of the PO BOX. Should I do anything inappropriate, Canada Post would know who to blame : me, the ID-verified owner of the PO BOX. I fail to see why the same thinking shouldn't apply with PostScanMail. However, that is beside the point. They can do business however they wish. I don't have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is : adding requirements that are NOT in the contract while the contract is ongoing, without even going through the trouble of doing a proper contract modification. Emails with the support show that they are aware that their contract isn't adapted to the Canadian market and they won't abide by their own contract. So again : they were fine collecting my monthly payments for a year and a half without ever asking for the ID they were eventually (as a surprise) going to ask for. Had I known ID verification was required for every extra recipient as well, I would never have used their service. More than that, their user interface never let me know that ID would be required and didn't even have spot where one could upload those documents. I understand that businesses must abide by the law if they want to avoid trouble. However, I expect them to only to do what is required to abide by the law and not go beyond those requirements at the expense of their customers' safety. I don't see how Canadian laws and regulations could be mandating those ID requirements on every recipient name if even Canada Post doesn't require that. I mentioned that fact to the PostScanMail support (by email) and never received any answer as to what law or regulation would be mandating those requirements. I have now closed my account and will inform my contacts that PostScanMail is not fit for purpose if you're trying to protect your personal information and personal identity documents. With the hacks/leaks of : Equifax, Desjardins Credit Union, the Office of Personnel Management in the US (which even handles private information for the Department of Defense), to mention just a few hacks/leaks, it is clear that anything can and will be hacked/leaked. The only way to protect your privacy is to avoid sending your identity documents all over the internet. Please look elsewhere if you want to protect your privacy.

Dealt with PostScanMail and their local partner in Eastern Europe - MobiTel AT CZ SK UA. Essentially they requested a copy of my passport, driving licence and proof of address only to take hostage of my mail (a children's book I wanted forwarded), and refused to forward it to me in Australia or even re-direct within the country. Every time I was asked for increasingly more ridicules details such as number of pages in a book, citing customs export (and in country) regulations (for a children's book). Querying legitimacy of these ridiculous demands, not in the least since I have no possibility of knowing weight of the book or the number of pages therein, I was accused of "insulting customers officers". You could not make it up. In the end I have given up. This is scam and a day light robbery with no recourse to these unknown local partners. PostScanMail were cc'd on every single email I exchanged with their local partner, and not once did they respond, felt necessary to intervene. Total lawlessness, stay well clear of these petty thieves.

As an operator working with Post Scan Mail, Iโ€™m extremely disappointed with the service and management. The post-scan mail system has been a nightmare. There are constant delays, and important documents are often lost or misfiled, causing significant disruptions in our operations. The lack of communication from management only exacerbates the problem. Requests for updates or assistance are met with silence or vague responses, leaving us in the dark and unable to meet our own deadlines. It's frustrating to see how poorly these issues are handled, especially when they directly impact our ability to provide quality service to our clients. Leadership at Post Scan Mail including Veronica seems to lack the foresight and organizational skills needed to run an efficient operation. Instead of addressing these ongoing problems, they tend to shift blame and avoid taking responsibility. This kind of management is not only unprofessional but also harmful to the business relationship. I strongly advise other operators to think twice before engaging with Post Scan Mail unless they significantly improve their processes and leadership strategies.
