Fast and efficient response when my boiler broke down, UW answered the boiler insurance claim quickly and organised an engineer to attend within 24 hours. Edan the engineer attebded within the 4 hour time slot and was polite, friendly and efficient. Very professional too. Thanks so much UW and Edan. I had to wait from Tuesday 7th to Wednesday 15th before my boiler was fixed not good enough as we are pensioners and was without any hot water or heating

Had boiler leak and after going through insurance company was contacted by Preferred Management Solutions by phone. They arranged a time for boiler repair and although plumber eventually couldn't make it he did contact me and rearrange. Preferred Management also contacted me with regarding rescheduling of boiler. Had boiler repaired next day at time agreed and once again Preferred Management contacted me and checked all was working and I was happy with it all. A day or so later was contacted again by Preferred Management to ensure I was still happy with work and informed if any problems to not hesitate to contact them. The plumber was a very efficient professional and helpful man. Overall was extremely pleased with service from the company and would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend their services.
There was a blocked drain at my property. Drainage experts from Baymore Ltd visited me within hours and managed to clear it. They were very professional, polite, friendly and tidy. I was relieved the issue was resolved and very pleased with the service. Thank you!
