This review details the extremely frustrating experience with the recent hot water outage repair at my property. As of writing this review, the issue remains unaddressed. Despite the issue being classified as an emergency, the lack of hot water has persisted for nearly a week due to a series of missteps. The plumber visited the property twice, each time failing to bring the necessary parts to complete the repair. This resulted in further delays and extended the period without hot water. This lack of preparedness and inefficiency caused significant inconvenience and disruption to daily life. The situation was particularly concerning as it was flagged as an emergency. The repeated need to order parts after the plumber's arrival suggests a significant lack of planning and communication within the service team. Overall, the service provided thus far has been completely unacceptable. A clear improvement in communication, planning, and part availability is necessary to ensure a swift resolution and prevent similar situations in the future.
I received a very good and fast response from UW today when I had an issue with my drains. Satchin Medappa managed to get an engineer come and investigate and solve the problem.
Call answered quickly, not kept waiting in a queue for ages. Very polite & helpful lady on the phone
Absolute scammers - DO NOT GET YOURSELF INVOLVED IN ANY WAY OR SHAPE, with this company, I paid 1.5 years of boiler cover, called them up. Paid excess fees. The engineer came after 48 hours, spend few minutes on the job. they said they can't fix it, too expensive to fix. I paid £11 for 2 years, they said we will only pay £250 and I need to get my own engineer to fix the problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !! unless you want headache
It took 10 days for the fault to be repaired. The wrong part was ordered which meant delay and having to wait for engineer. I was 10 days without hot water.

Arrived at 24 hour notice, to alleviate emergency drain blockage. Resolved within the hour on site, courteas and informed engineer. Definitely recommend.
Gary the engineer who attended was great. He fixed the leak quickly kept me updated with wha he was doing very clean. The problem was sorted within a few hours of being reported
I've had to contact UW 4x over the past couple of years, I must say their customer service is top notch. They listen, they seem to genuinely care (I dropped into conversation that I was a new dad and they put us on a vulnerable/priority list for a newborn). They have been flexible and quick to act whenever we've needed them.
The guys showed up on time, did everything they could to resolve the issue and at the end they fixed it All good

The main feed from the outside water into the house burst, I called utility warehouse emergency number, my call was dealt with quickly, efficiently and with empathy, the engineer who came to fix the problem was polite and understanding and sorted the problem out, I cant recommend enough, thank you.
I was kept informed throughout the emergency call out process and was delighted with the overall service
