The service was excellent from beginning to end, I reported the problem at 12-43 and the job was completed by 14-43, the gas engineer (Karin) explained what the problem was, he was friendly and respectful of my home. I was really impressed with the whole service.

The plumber was very friendly and professional. Completed the job as promised and gave me regular updates. Rang me before he came to let me know he is coming which I was very appreciated. Dreadful service. We had no hot water 1 week before Christmas. They sent an engineer out to look at the boiler and identifed work tart was needed. They then failed to do anything for a week. I called back every day, every day they promised to call me back, every day when I eventually called them they seemed to have no idea about my case. Absolutely fascinating how useless these guys are. Hilarious they're called Preferred Management - they can't manage anything!

I wish there is no stars option to choose to reflect my deepest dissatisfaction with the experience I had with this company. Initially they gave me a promise to send an engineer on the same day of emergency which was not fulfilled. Next day they send an engineer who did almost nothing to repair the problem claiming that there was not any. Now after less than hour of his departure, the problem is still the same and I still have to suffer of no heating, no hot water in my house.

Fast claim process
I have been without heating and hot water for FOUR days now!…The service is usually very good but not this time!….I am in my late 60’s and have mobility problems which get worse in the cold and so while I have been waiting for Preferred Management to sort things out for me to get my heating up and running my condition is worsening…..I have been told to wait until the next day about three times now but nothing has been done….There is still no end as I have been told yet again….tomorrow!!!!!
