Awful customer service and the engineers who they employ are useless and don’t keep to their time slot, EVER. Fully avoid!
Shocking. Contradicting and unhelpful customer service agents, unreliable engineers. They take your money and take weeks to actually arrange service. When service is arranged and time slots are given, they don’t stick to them. Definitely won’t be using their service again.

No wait on phone call. Polite & friendly member of staff. Helpful in booking my free boiler service. Unfortunately seemed to be unable to clarify the extent of my drainage cover from the policy wording without me booking in as an emergency & paying £60 excess.

Good at answering phone and calling back. Sadly couldn’t give any guarantees on timing for getting an engineer round but all in hall, intention to help was high and service was efficient.

AVOID! Their staff need to stop leaving reviews because anyone who has been unfortunate enough to receive their customer service won’t leave a decent review, check their google reviews. Awful company who use delay tactic after delay tactic, their mission is to NOT pay out and will do anything to achieve their mission. Please AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Dec 21,2023Preferred Management a company that has a contract with Utility Warehouse to cover Boiler and Central Heating Insurance. Don't bother find a alternative , a understanding insurance company who actually know about central heating and issues that can arise. I have a part on my heating system that is faulty, was with another insurer when same part became faulty and replaced without questions.Preffered Managment will do anything to avoid.Low monthly Cover,its low for a reason. Making arrangements to return to previous despite being more per month at least reliiable and know their stuff. Be very wary of this company.
