I changed my utilities to UW in July which included my boiler cover from British Gas. My boiler is due an annual service in November which has always been conducted by British Gas. I have asked UW to conduct an initial service to keep my service schedule up to date. I have been told the earliest date this can be scheduled is in January due to inclement weather, suspending non urgent work. There may well be inclement weather but that impacts regionally, given UW subcontract boiler maintenance that shouldn't affect all areas surely. Having an annual service schedule over run is not in the interest of me or UW boiler care insurance. Disappointing first impression.
Sahad has been an excellent customer representative who not only had solved a mistake and apologising profusely. Sahad has shown great professionalism by respecting and being patient with his customer unlike others who only tried to get the last word. I will emphasise one more time how good Sahad has been with dealing with an upsetting issue this morning. And above all Sahad has avoided me making a official complaint to UW.
Agent was very clear in explaining the process to me and efficient in dealing with my problem. I’m very happy with the help and service I received today.

There was some difficulty booking a service appointment due to the high demand at this time of year but due to my long term health issues Sophie kindly found an engineer and swiftly resolved this problem which was gratefully appreciated.

Blocked Drain Your Engineer was on time and was very professional. He knows what to do and did a very good job. When completed, all areas were clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend him for future projects.
