Apr 28,2025I struggled at first with the online system and almost gave up. It would have been better to give prior advice that the downpour of form filling would dry up after a week or so. The I/D process appeared a little OTT but grateful for the explanation by the case handler. The benefits clearly are that you can do a lot of the work at a time to suit you.

Apr 26,2025Everything messed up & delayed. No refund, apology or explanations. Premier Lawyers, offered not a lawyer but a conveyancer, Niomi. Premier Lawyers have been taken off the job in favour of a local firm, SE, as they lost my iD & docs ( both accepted on their faulty websites ), wasted weeks with no replies to the other solicitors & failed to reply to the other solicitors appropriately, merely passing on my notes, as if couriers. They then wanted me to pass my financial documents ( for a second time) to a 3rd party company I had no knowledge of, or relationship with. In addition, they failed to tell me that the buyers were not ready until May. The only estimated date given to me was in early April, never corrected or withdrawn. This left months of uncertainty. Co-op Legal recommended a firm that passed me to this dreadful service. Further to this they have ignored my request to pass on the docs I provided to the new solicitor, or to offer a refund. The service was the same price as a local solicitors. Abysmal - Avoid!

She helped us to push our sale to completion as fast as possible, whilst we were at the period of high demand due to the stamp duty changes. Apr 29,2025Purchasing a home can be a stressful experience, but the online system, and particularly our conveyancer Ali Aziz, made the experience a lot easier and supportive than a conventional high street solicitors that we have previously used. Ali can only be described as a star! Throughout the whole process Ali was very reliable and professional, always getting back to us as soon as possible, either by phone or email, keeping us well informed and updated. Eway is so simple to use, and cuts out a lot of time waiting for information and documentation, either being sent to us, or us sending over essensial documents. This is our second time using Premier Property Lawyers, and should we ever need the services of a conveyancer again, they would be our first company to contact.
