Apr 08,2025The Premier Property Lawyers' Conveyancer in the sale and purchase of our two properties was MARIA MALIK. The sale turned out to be lengthy and complicated due to various Land Registry issues. MARIA dealt with all the issues competently, professionally and with sensitivity. She also kept my wife and I continously informed at all stages. As a result, her guidance, support and reassurance, helped us deal with the related stresses on a number of occasions. The Eway personal dashboard also helped us keep informed of the daily progress being made. We consider MARIA MALIK to be an excellent ambassador for Premier Property Lawyers and would have no hesitation in recommending PPL to others.

Over the final 5–6 weeks, Ryan was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout. He consistently kept us informed, provided clear guidance, and helped us navigate each step with confidence. Most notably, he worked with us right up until the 31st of March to ensure we completed just in time—one day before a significant Stamp Duty increase. That effort made a huge difference to us. Both my wife and I are truly grateful for Ryan’s support during this process. His professionalism and attentiveness made a stressful process feel much more manageable. In the future, if we’re buying again, we would absolutely return to Premier Property Lawyers—and would be thrilled to work with Ryan again.

Both I and the seller were with these for our Conveyancers and the whole process of buying house took well over 8 months and in the end the seller had his house repossessed which meant the Sale fell through. They did not give me my money back even though I was waiting for them to provide me documents.

Apr 07,2025This is the first time that I had sold a house and the Estate Agent said that they had a company that they use, Premier Property Lawyers. I didn't have a solicitor, so I went with their suggestion and Michelle Eyre was assigned to deal with my sale. Michelle was great from the off, everything was proactive and not reactive, she would call just to tell me that there was nothing to tell, just to keep me in the loop. Michelle also called to tell me what she was doing along the way to move things along. When I found a house to buy, there was never any point in tasking someone else, I seriously doubt I would have got that extra mile that I got from her.

Apr 07,2025Unfortunately I don’t have an I pad , just a phone and my technical expertise is nil . I did go with this company as advised by the estate agent but I have struggled on each document . With my returns not being correct etc but me not understanding how to correct them . I had to get help to fill in n the verification of funds last week and am now being informed this info is still required . 😩I appreciate your system is on line . But I do feel through no fault of your own that I maybe would have been better with a local firm . Yet again I will have to get help for this as I have no idea what extra info is required . As the app said it was processed .

Apr 07,2025Had no choice in going with Premier Property Lawyers due to a Yopa contract and I honestly will say I was not overly impressed with their work. Throughout the whole sale process of my property there were delays in responses and assumptions made on their side regarding the division/sending of funds after completion which caused a lot of stress due to lack of communication/asking me for confirmation. I would say overall the experience was underwhelming, though the completion went through on the day it was supposed to so I can only treat this as an 'okay' service. There was no frills or benefits working with Premier Property Lawyers but they eventually got the job done.
