Chelsea was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent — clear, concise, and always responsive. No matter the time or urgency, she always got back to us quickly and efficiently, which made a huge difference in keeping everything on track. We were up against the clock trying to meet the stamp duty deadline, and with Chelsea's dedication and swift handling of every stage, we made it in time. The web portal was another highlight — intuitive and easy to use, it allowed us to track progress, upload documents, and stay on top of pending tasks without needing to chase things up. Apr 09,2025I would like to thank Vikki Keith for her diligence and professionalism. Vikki is not only a great communicator but she listens and responds promptly. I wasn't very happy with the level of communication and feedback I received from my previous conveyancers until Vikki stepped in with her magic and changed the whole dynamics. Your approach to handling my case was different. You were courteous, and professional and communicated effectively. You knew I wasn't very happy with the long delay, however, you explained why and kept me in the loop with the progress of my application. I appreciate the council having a role to play in the delay but unlike the previous conveyancer who would not communicate or return my calls you handled this differently. You also listened and responded promptly when I complained about my final bill, and this saved me hundreds of pounds. Vikki, you are a good conveyancer and very knowledgeable, and I would like to thank you personally for your diligence and professionalism in completing my application with the council. I can't thank you enough Vikki !!!

Apr 09,2025Sabina Mohammed who is dealing with my case originally did not give me 4-6 weeks notice before estimated completion date. I asked her to do this on the introduction call before any conveyencing started. . I told her I am relocating abroad and need to book flights and injections for my dog. I said it was really important and she said she would give me the notice. I got a call 3 weeks before the client had to complete and could not fly with my dog. It would also take days for her to get back to me when I called or emailed and she said she did not get the messages or emails. I had to buy a UK vehicle and travel to another country as I could not get any flights within the 3 weeks before completion. It ruined everybody’s plans and cost me a lot more money to travel and caused excessive inconvenience. I would never use this company. They are cheap but do not care at all about their customers. The manager I spoke to after I requested someone else to take over my file was very helpful and attentive.

Apr 09,2025There were many plus points, however the app does not allow for co owners who live apart to view actions, once one person has read the action. It relies on the co owners to prompt each other to read the action once one person has opened it. Definitely not ideal.
