From the very beginning, Lindsay was absolutely brilliant. She handled both the sale and the purchase with incredible professionalism and care. There were a few timing hiccups along the way due to the chain however Lindsay always found a quick solution and guided us through the process with care and diligence. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble—she was consistently available to take our calls, answer our questions, and advise us through every step of the process. Her communication was second to none, and it gave us real peace of mind during what can be a very stressful time. We also used an accompanying app throughout the process, which was fantastic. It kept everything clear and transparent—we always knew where things stood and what we needed to do next. The combination of Lindsay’s professionalism and app made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Without question, we will use Lindsay again in the future, Highly recommended ! 5 stars !!

Apr 25,2025I found the conveyancing process a bit frustrating at times due to difficulty getting hold of my solicitor — emails and phone calls often went unanswered, even when I left messages, which could possibly be related to case overload. Communication could definitely have been better, especially for peace of mind during a stressful time. That said, when I did manage to speak to our solicitor, she was professional, proactive, and clearly knew what she was doing. She got the job done efficiently when it counted. There was a last-minute hitch with the TR1 form — despite them having it for a few weeks, and it suddenly had to be redone, which was very close to the completion date, which added unnecessary pressure. I would have appreciated more transparency and prompt handling of that. Overall, competent and effective when available, but the communication side could use improvement.

Apr 25,2025I needed a title transfer on my property and was originally working with ONP solicitors who were provided by lender, however the experience was absolutely horrible and they kept dragging the process for 3 months without any completion date. I then replaced them with Premier property lawyers and Daryl Wyatt was my conveyancer. Daryl understood my requirements and completed the process within 3 weeks from taking over. He stayed on top of everything and ensured it gets to completion asap. Highly recommend premier property lawyers and particularly Daryl.

John helped me with every issue that’s came up that I was unaware of. He has advised me in every way possible. He has listened to me cry on numerous phone calls due to the stress and upset. He has awnsered any question and explained everything to me so I have a good understanding. He has awnsered or returned any phone calls regarding any concern, worry or silly question I have. I honestly can’t thank John enough for all his time, efforts, understanding and most of all patience with me over a very rough couple of years of dealing with this property. Wishing his all the best.

Apr 24,2025This is the third/ fourth time that we have used Premiere Property Lawyers (buying and selling) We have always been impressed with the professionalism of the conveyancers and the online system allows us to see exactly where we are with our sale and access and view all documents documents even some years after our sale and purchases are complete. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Apr 24,2025Poor communication from start to finish. Asked to sign the same thing multiple times, and provide same documents more than once. The big one though was being asked for more documents with less than 12 hours before we moved out of the house. Obviously, everything was packed and this was a real issue so late in the process. Apparantly due to final review before exchange. Can I suggest that this review be done at least a week sooner?

I was contacted promptly by our case handler, and felt assured that she would work quickly on our case. She also provided her contact details saying if I had any questions to contact her. We are in the early stages of selling a property, but so far I have been extremely impressed with the solicitors.
