Apr 13,2025We were allocated premier property lawyers from purple bricks which made me initially dubious. However I've been very pleased with the level of service provided for a very reasonable price. Charlie Clarke handled our home move and was brilliant throughout. She answered all our queries promptly, normally working a few hours, and was easy to contact. The use of Eway to handle documents made everything straight forward and accessing our documents easy. I can only judge or experience based on our conveyor, but if everyone operates like she does then this firm is a good choice for anyone looking to move.

Staircasing my shared ownership property has been painful (thanks to the housing association) but Natasha has been fantastic throughout, keeping me informed and settling my concerns. I would definitely recommend.

Particular mention must go to Jack Broadbent who has worked efficiently with a friendly manner, responding to phone calls, voice messages and emails very quickly and explaining clearly anything which needed clarification. Even when things got quite difficult she remained calm, very supportive and worked her socks off to push through our challenging house sale and onward purchases. Apr 10,2025Wrapping this up if you get this case worker run like hell Sabina Mohamed. Rude uncommunicative and cannot process simple questions forget answers. Had a great experience with these guys but a differently case worker. We should highlight both good and bad experiences with respective case workers rather than just name good experiences and not name the bad ones. If I had to guess most of the bad reviews are probably down to the above case worker but we will never know. After all the negative reviews and this case worker insisting on being the only one qualified to work on my case and refusing to escalate to her managers/supervist despite repeated attempts signals some kind of nepotism in play and my life is too short to investigate connections here you catch my drift… Anyways if you get this case worker run to the holls

Apr 10,2025Premier Property Lawyers Avoid, avoid avoid I’ve bought and sold several times in my long lifetime. This time, Premier Property Lawyers were recommended to me by the estate agent that I had signed up with. I went under offer quickly. My buyer (who didn’t have anything to sell) also decided to go with them. Unfortunately we all thought that, coupled with me usung them for both my sale and purchase, it would make everything more streamlined. Big mistake !! My hair has gone grey and I have aged at least 10 years in the ten plus months of my dealings with them. They could not have been more unhelpful, uncommunicative, useless and disorganised. I am still so traumatised by it all I can barely explain why or get my head round it all, or go over it all in my mind without having even more nightmares. I ended up on anti depression medication because of them. At 11th hour of it all collapsing I did get to move, by some miracle. There were only three in the ‘chain’ and my buyer used them too. Plus, no mortgages were involved, so it should have all been fairly straight forward. Several months later I am still trying to recover from all of the stress and angst they caused me. I swear I’ve got PSTD … I kid you not. I have responded to PPL’s request for my details and I am expecting a response that will absolve them of any wrong doing. I stand by 100% what I have said.
