Communication has been efficient, clear and concise and in the closing stages there has been no question too small! When the vendor from one property withdrew Charlie ensured a smooth transition into the purchase of the next property. Feb 22,2025We still haven't completed our sale and purchase from last year. I could never reach my conveyancer, Ra** Ma*****. She could never answer call nor reply email whenever we need her. We would always want to know what is still outstanding and she kept saying that she's waiting for the buyer/seller replying enquiries. It's so difficult to reach anyone in this company so we asked the estate agent for help. Shockingly, the estate agent said the buyer/seller were waiting for us to reply! How irresponsible was she! When we got back to her, she kept asking for more documents and some of those have been provided at the very beginning. We asked what documents are needed actually, but expectedly there's no one replying. We're fuming but still have got no one to reach! We are not first time buyer so we're quite sure it's not how things work.
