Feb 21,2025Really difficult to access efficiency of the process when so much is dependent on a 3rd party? Emails were addressed promptly and politely. Initial costing are misleading as many add ons throughout the process of which in terms of time it takes to complete I really don't understand. Additionally I felt like I needed to prompt and ask questions of which of course in many cases was not answered for various reasons.
