We have dealt with other conveyancers in the past and found them, unlike Nathan, very slow in answering any query we had and every time you contacted them you got a different person. Mar 24,2025The purchase process was made unnecessarily overcomplicated by the online system which added lengthy delays, kicking my partner off the case and meaning a new case had to be created... This is a lengthy process and resulted in increased storage costs and undue stress with the stamp duty increase looming. Incorrect documents were also sent to us to sign which we filled in and returned as quickly as possible at cost, we were never reimbursed for the cost of this error. Information about a separate case not involving my partner was discussed with her and not myself. The solicitor should be telling me my house sale can complete and not my partner who has no ownership of the property or lived there. Our solicitor was very cheerful and friendly which has made this review difficult for me to write as I know not all this issues are the sole.blame of one person

The dashboard UI is intuitive and gave clear instructions every step of the way, and the team of conveyancers were available on the occasion I needed to speak to a team member. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again.

Both Ashali Joshi and Rani Pehlay were extremely helpful and knowledgeable guiding us through the process. Any questions we had along the way were quickly answered and although our process was quite long due to issues with our buyer - Ashali and Rani kept us informed with every step. The eway portal is very easy to use and gives the up to date information. Highly recommended!

Hayley in particular was very helpful knowledgeable and efficient making sure that my interests were represented and the transaction went through smoothly at this very busy time before the stamp duty changes. The portal takes sometime to get used to especially at first. Messages from the portal can seem a bit ‘pushy’ but stick with the process it makes sense. Thanks.

She was very responsive and helpful for all the queries I have raised. I was able to get a response on the same day when I raised my queries. This really helped speeding up the process as I was able to complete my purchase within 4 months of instructing Premier Property Lawyers. It was also very helpful to have an online account with eway as it segmented the purchasing process and kept a record of all the documents. Also alerts you when you have a pending action to keep you moving. Thanks for helping me purchase my first home! Zoe
