It is important to note that my experience with Premier Property Lawyers is limited to Kirsty, as I did not interact with any other staff members. Kirsty's management of the house buying process was exceptional, and I am extremely grateful for her help. Her clear and concise communication style, along with her prompt and flexible approach (email or phone), made the entire experience as smooth as possible. Kirsty's ability to summarise complex information and highlight key areas for my attention was invaluable and saved me a lot of time. Her professionalism and reassuring manner helped me feel confident throughout the process. I was never concerned that anything would be missed, and her friendly and down-to-earth personality made her a pleasure to work with. I don't normally leave reviews, but based on my experience, I can recommend Premier Property Lawyers. Based on Kirsty's exemplary service, I'd happily use them again in the future. The central web portal used to download and upload documents was easy enough to use, and I received text messages every time something required my attention, so I wasn't constantly checking the portal to see if anything had changed (another huge time saver). The entire process took only 4 weeks, thanks to Kirsty's efforts (she was on top of everything and really pushed things along). I initially expected Premier Property Lawyers to guide me through the process, but they exceeded my expectations by actually handling everything themselves. They kept me informed throughout and promptly brought any matters needing my attention to my notice. My primary concern at this time is the improbability of finding another conveyancer like Kirsty if I move again in the future!

There were times when I didn’t seem to be a priority and where the same information had to be provided more than once. As this was my first time purchasing a home I would have liked more consideration of this fact.

Due to being a new build we sold and moved out before finishing the purcahse of our new home, on both accounts James and Krista kept me up todate and informed, even when things felt a little bumpy their advice was helpful, commication was easy via email or over the phone when needed, all the paperwork and documents clearly stored on their portal and easy to access

Mar 27,2025Our conveyancer was knowledgable and efficient which gave me confidence in the process, especially as its was all done online. The portal also made staying on top of actions easy, although its can be daunting initially when your are getting lots of actions while still getting use to the portal. Overall it was easy to use, perfect for someone who works full time and undertook most of the actions via email or the portal outside of office hours.
