This was a far better experience than we have had previously. Their app, albeit with a few bugs, was very helpful. Thank you Paula.

Mar 20,2025Premier kept the app updated very efficiently which was so helpful when I wanted to check that they’d received my emails etc. as well as wanting to see what progress was being made daily. They kept the momentum of the sale going the whole time and were very efficient at processing my sale even though it was leasehold. I have dropped a star because a phone call was scheduled by them (not me) and this was very difficult to coordinate in my particular job, they reminded me about the call but when the time came they didn’t call or apologise for the ‘no show’. Apart from that I would definitely recommend them.

Mar 20,2025We recently used premier property lawyers. it was a very long chain and as expected a long process to complete. Our solicitor during this was Laura Swift. She was brilliant, very calm, pateint and reassuring that everything would be fine with our move. We were kept informed of anything we desperately needed to know and despite having many other cases to deal with at the same time she was reachable when needed! We are not the most knowledgeable people with houses moves but everything was explained to us in basic terms so we understood. Big thank you Laura!!

Mar 19,2025We lost around 2 weeks at the very start as the solicitor was waiting for details of an estate agent, when there wasn´t actually one involved which I had explained at the offset. We lost a few weeks during the process as responses to buyer´s enquiries were not being sent, in the end I actually had to sit down and compose a master email with lots of documents attached and send it direct to my buyer to make sure they had what they needed. I was also told that emails had been sent that hadn't, and this became clear when I asked to see all of the emails that had been sent. In the last few weeks the solicitor did speed up and keep things moving along but then I had to ask more than once for an incorrect charge to be removed from my completion statement and even provide evidence as to why I didn't need to pay the charge. Hardly a trustworthy firm taking into account emails not sent and incorrect entries on completion statements.

She has been nothing short of excellent, fantastic communication, quick to get out documents and pass correspondence on. One of the best experiences I’ve ever received with a solicitor. On our sell we messed her around (buyers fault) but she was quick to take us back when needed with the same exceptional service. Highly recommend Caitlin and will definitely use again.
