This was on the sale of a relatives property that, as Executor, was left for me to handle. Andrew guided me all the way. However, once started it was actually very simple and nice to have everything in one place and seeing all the actions open and see the progress as we went. It was also great to be able to contact our conveyancer by email or phone. Our conveyancer was incredibly polite, helpful, reassuring and most of all could be contact by phone when needed. Very pleased with the service.

Mar 26,2025This was the second time we have used Premier Property Lawyers, and not because we had a good experience the first time, but rather because our estate agent recommended a particular conveyancer who works for them. Even he agreed that she is the only one he'd work with and has used her personally. Hayley Brockley provided the best experience we have had with a conveyancer. She acted quickly, was attentive to the details, and was stern with the buyer's solicitor when needed. She also helped us navigate a number of potential roadblocks and dug deep to find where things were getting stuck and what was really going on on the buyer's side. Things kept moving because of her diligence and professionalism. While we wouldn't recommend Premier Property Lawyers overall, we highly recommend Hayley Brockley for her exceptional service.

Mar 26,2025Avoid at all costs, Never in my life have I dealt with a company that has such poor communication. Failed to reply to multiple phone calls from both myself and my estate agent. Lost various documents several times. Quite frankly not fit for purpose, and makes it look bad for the company that uses them.

Thanks to her diligence and expertise, we were able to complete our property transaction just in time to save a significant amount of money on stamp duty. Her speed and efficiency were truly impressive — she managed everything with such precision that we never felt rushed but also never felt delayed. What really set her apart was her excellent communication. She was always available when we needed her, answering calls promptly and consistently following up with us when necessary. If we had questions, she was always just a call away and made sure to get back to us quickly if she couldn't answer immediately. Her approach made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. We were also fortunate to be chain-free, which certainly helped, but we know people in similar situations who’ve had much longer delays due to their solicitor’s slow pace. In comparison, our solicitor got everything done quickly and efficiently, making us feel like we were in safe hands throughout. We are so grateful for her hard work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a solicitor who goes above and beyond!
