Having appointed this company to do conveyancing for me at what was a competitive fee, I realise they take on more work than the team can cope with, so then offer a really poor customer service. Trying to make contact with my named conveyancer was challenging. This really wasn't acceptable. Others in my chain did well to appoint professional companies to take on their legal work, but I have learned from my mistake and hope this review helps others to avoid making the same one.

Apr 06,2025Extremely difficult and stressful sale. Conveyancer was unhelpful, slow and rude at times. Had to chase multiple times in order to get anything actioned. The communication from PPL was non-existent, could never get an update and was just left guessing at what was needed to be done. Won’t be using PPL again.

Apr 06,2025Overall a good experience, due to selling a leasehold property some moments were extremely stressful and required a lot of chasing to management companies which needed to be done by myself due to workload. That being said, Michelle was always responsive and contactable. Michelle managed expectations from the start, but managed to complete two days before the stamp duty tax increase. I would recommend Michelle Eyre if using Premier Property Lawyers.

Apr 05,2025Imran and his team were great for our sale and purchase, we had a deadline for the stamp duty increase starting the 1st of April this year, Imran and his team understood our requirements throughout both cases and made everything seamless for us, our buyers local solicitors were not up to the same speed and were holding us up towards the end, Imran moved it up a notch and got straight onto our buyers solicitors and made us meet the deadline saving us £2500! Apr 05,2025My conveyancer, Sabeeah Shaukat, at Premier Property Lawyers provided an exceptional service handling the purchase of a property for me. Communication was timely and always clear, making the purchase process straightforward. When I did e-mail through any query I always got a reply within 24 hours. Having bought and sold a lot of homes over the years that level of service is very unusual. Should I need a conveyancing service again in the future I would definitely return.

The eWay system was smart and easy to use and meant you could work on getting relevant documents uploaded quickly to speed up processes. Highly recommend. We did it all in just over 2 months and got in before stamp duty increased.

We were a slightly more complex case with 2 properties to sell and 1 to buy with families merging so needing everything to exchange and complete on the same day. We were very impressed with Sabeeahs knowledge in this field, she was friendly and kept us up to date every step of the way. She dealt with numerous other solicitors in our chain but nothing was ever to much trouble. If I called and she was busy then I would get a call straight back. She made the whole process smooth and simple, would highly recommend!

Apr 07,2025I had a very prolonged purchase which was all due to the seller dilly dallying and stalling and no fault of PPL. Vikki diligently chased the sellers solicitors and kept me updated throughout. Everything is done via the Portal so you can see all your documents, what's required of you and what you need to read and I could see Vikki fervently chasing for queries and replies. I needed to get this done by the 31st March. The seller came through suddenly and if it didn't I would've needed to source another £2.5K which I don't have in Stamp Duty. After our initial hiccup, Vikki got this over the line in time and for that I am eternally grateful. I can't stress enough how stressful that would've been for me otherwise. She called me personally to let me know we'd completed and has always answered every query I've had. I can't recommend her enough. I left a star off because I think the price could've been more competitive but that's no shade on Vikki! Thank you VikkI! :)
