Nov 21,2023I have only made a small purchase from Printerbase which arrived on time and was exactly as I was expecting. However the help that I received from Jade was exceptional. I had a few tec issues which Jade was so helpful with . Nothing was too much trouble. By the end of our conversation everything was up and running which is something I could not have accomplished on my own. First class service and I would highly recommend doing business with this company. Thank you once again Jade 👍

Nov 15,2023I have a Pet Hate of gushing reviews of companies written by customers just after the Sales Process!! "Yes - they were great at taking my order - and my money - and the item arrived Ok - and Works" (Shock Horror!). My experience of the Printerbase Sales Process matches all of the others in the listed recent Trustpilot Reviews. A very Competitive Price advertised. A slick and efficient website sales process. An uninitiated personal telephone contact from knowledgeable Printerbase staff to double check I had ordered the correct printer for my needs before completing the despatching process. Good communication regarding the very prompt delivery. Printer Set Up and Operating OK. No problems and all great! Of course really good customer service is that which is required when things go wrong! Nothing has gone wrong for me! It is a bit potentially worrying that the only recent Negative Review on the Printerbase Trustpilot Reviews list is the only one where there has been a Printer Problem and the purchaser feels he is being messed about regarding liability for his problem issue. This is also the only Review where there is no "Printerbase Response". Sort that one out Printerbase and you will will have a clean sheet - and prove that your support process goes beyond the sale. Hopefully it does? All great for me - so far! Unusually good sales and delivery process.

Nov 14,2023Despite being spoken to politely, my problem remains unresolved. The issue lies with a newly purchased printer from Printerbase, which constantly shuts off after a few minutes, despite my attempts to adjust the settings. When I initially contacted Printerbase, they simply reiterated the obvious solutions that I had already tried. They then directed me to contact Canon directly, although they were even less helpful, stating that since I had not purchased the printer from them, I should return to Printerbase for assistance. Frustrated, I suggested to Printerbase that the printer may be faulty, but they requested proof of this from Canon. As a result, I am dissatisfied and forced to manually turn on the printer every time I need to print something.

Nov 09,2023Printerbase sold the model i wanted the cheapest but i was suprised to find them more than helpful, the transaction and delivery were top notch and i have received a great aftercall service from caroline about getting my free warranty extension from canon before the 30 day application runs out, when i rang back with problems accessing the form from the canon website jade emailed me the canon form. Theres not many companys out there like this, and i will definately be dealing with them in the future. they are head and shoulders above the competition, i for one could not be more impressed, well done.

It was delivered the next day as promised and then followed up by a call to confirm I had the printer and would I need any assistance to set it up on-line such a great company to buy from I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone well done Printbase.
