Jan 01,2024Great price. Haphazard delivery. Super customer service. Ordered on a Friday with next working day delivery. Didn't arrive on Monday. Got an email on Tuesday saying it'd be delivered that day - it wasn't. Eventually delivered on Wednesday. Got an email on Thursday saying it'd be delivered later that day. Printerbase team were excellent - answered phone prompltly, responded sensibly and did what they said they'd do.

Dec 15,2023Fabulous, caring company. Couldn't fault them. However, I found this printer an absolute nightmare to discover how to print photographs from my imac computer. Not used it yet for printing ordinary documents or scanning. I can't read the display as it's not lit. I have to use the torch on my iphone!! Quality of photos: good.

I ordered a printer from Printerbase online and received a follow up call from Annessy who talked me through the specifications of the printer that I had ordered. It turned out that I hadn't checked the spec and had ordered one that didn't have all the functions I needed. Annessy talked me through this and found me a good deal on another printer with all the functions I needed, which was delivered to me the next day.

I placed my order and they immediately rang to confirm the details of my printer: I knew all the specs, but if I were an older person who wasn't sure what I wanted, that would have felt very reassuring. They reached out again to tell me when it had shipped and when it was going to arrive, so I didn't have to just wait in in hopes of being there for delivery- it was the most human contact I have had from ANY company in years, and I feel really good about buying from them again should I need anything they sell! The printer was exactly as described and was delivered on time, their delivery company was also delightful.
