After placing the order on their easy to use website I received a phone call from a lovely lady, certainly an asset for the company,checking that the features on the printer would be sufficient for my needs. TBH totally unexpected but, in my opinion, a great thing to do. Prices and availability of products was great and if I need another printer or consumables I will not hesitate to use them again

Feb 23,2024After having had an EPSON Workforce printer for 7 years that gave very poor print quality I wanted to make sure that the print quality of a replacement Canon GX6050 was satisfactory for my needs. The staff at Printerbase were extremely helpful answering al my questions. They arranged some test prints from Canon which were sent direct to my home. These proved excellent and I ordered the printer. I was kept informed with progress of the delivery and the unit came within a couple of days. I am very happy with the results. Well done Printerbase.

Feb 20,2024First time ordering from Printerbase and what a great company to buy from. Customer service is amazing, shout out to Jade Ross who called me the day before to verify the printer was what I needed as some people misread the specs and therefore return it or are not happy with it. Updates were great next day delivery was true. Called again by Jade to give a time of delivery. Once delivered I was reminded of the warranty and about extras I may require. It has been a great experience to buy from such company and will be using them for ink in the future because of this.

Feb 18,2024Your customer service was spot on. The Canon G4570 printer was at a great price and was delivered to the North East very quickly. It was preceded with a helpful telephone call alerting me to a possible one day delivery delay which did not arise. But thoughtful nevertheless. In addition they helpfully checked out my purchase with me prior to completing my purchase to ensure I was buying the most suitable printer for my needs. Again, a very caring attitude and nice touch. I would have no hesitation in recommending Printerbase to potential customers.

Feb 10,2024I needed a new laser printer for my home office but was completely bewildered by the huge choice. I found Printerbase’s website useful because its filter feature allowed me to narrow down my options… to 35! This was because I didn’t understand some of the filter options. So I phoned up and spoke to Jade, who was extremely helpful and patiently explained these, giving a manageable shortlist of five. She then pointed out one model that included a cash back from the manufacturer, which I bought. It arrived next day, as promised and there was even a follow up phone call to check I was satisfied. Brilliant.

The day I p[laced the order Printerbase called me to check through some of the features of the printer to make sure that I was happy with the decision that I hade made. The day after the printer was delivered, they phoned again to check that it had been delivered safely and to offer help with setting up if required.

I got a phone call on Monday morning to confirm the order and a follow up email to confirm the DPD time slot for next day delivery. Elaine was a delight to deal with on the phone. I wish all companies had such excellent customer service.

The Brother MFC printer looks a bargain at this price (if it’s true the ink will last 3 years before replacing, as people say it really does with this one), and it has a good reliable feel so far. Info and ordering on the website was clear and easy and I liked the followup calls to check I’d got the right one and let me know when I was going to get the delivery - followed soon after by the knock on the door.

Feb 02,2024I was a bit cynical about this as I normally just buy from Amazon, but I did my research on the Brother website and they directed me to their retail partners. Well, the first two listed were out of business and so I was dithering about the third. Glad I did. Top notch friendly service from start to finish. I got a phone call from Elaine about subscribing for consumables and when I declined there was no attempt to get me to change my mind. Instead just a polite follow up ensuing everything was OK and a reminder to contact her if I need anything. What a contrast to so many other suppliers. You are my go to for printers and toners from now on.

Mar 11,2024After researching about the relevant A3 printer we were looking for, but unable to fully confirm whether the printer would actually fully scan A3 on the flatbed glass, I came across Printerbase's website. I raised a web chat, with a sales agent, Lisa, who was very helpful, until she was having tech issues her end, so passed me on to a colleague of hers. Alas, I forget the guys name, at the moment, but he took over the chat, swiftly and promptly answered my questions and concerns. He and Lisa, then offered a discount voucher, there and then too, for the purchasing of additional ink, I wanted to add to my order. I placed my order all online, using PayPal as our preferred payment option. The delivery, as agreed with me online, was very prompt, to our office, which allowed me time to setup the printer, before it was dispatched to site. The email communications with Printerbase, when I placed my order, were spot on and clear. I could not fault this company and their customer service, from the sales point of view, and I would not hesitate in using their services again! Well done Printerbase!!! *****
