They contacted me shortly after purchase to make me aware my printer did not have the facility for double sided copying. They applied the 20% discount of which I was unaware after purchase and it was a competitive price prior to the discount. Great product range and next day delivery. Oct 21,2023This is an an excellent company to deal with. However I had a printer delivered with a broken scanner glass and the printer was required urgently, having been let down by another supplier who sent the wrong printer. There is a necessary procedure of photos to be taken before the damaged printer could be replaced and I was passed on to customer services. Just about made the 4.30pm deadline for new printer delivery next day. Sales should have made the request for photos, avoiding any delay.

Oct 20,2023This is, genuinely, a top-class company - best value of all the online websites I checked and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I ordered a new multi-function printer for a small business and was surprised later that day to receive a phone call from Printerbase to let me know that Canon (the manufacturer of the printer I had chosen) were about to bring out a special discounted offer and I could save another £50 if I was able to wait an extra couple of days, which I could. These days, it is rare to find that kind of consideration and care.

Ordered online after a bit of research, the next morning the team rang me just to confirm it was the printer I wanted and would do what I needed it too. delivered next day rang again to check all was ok, i would recommend them for your new printer

Oct 18,2023I had wanted to replace an old printer purchased few years ago. I did research/used comparison websites and found Printerbase site’s prices to be more competitive. I’m glad I purchased from them. The item was delivered on the next working day by a kind delivery man. Annessy was great - reminded on day 26 to register the item within the 30 days of purchase of the product for the extended warranty or claim the cash back as advertised by the manufacturer. I’ll recommend printerbase to my friends and family. Thank you.

Copier did exactly and with a better resolution than my previous one. Good price, good staff, Good machine. I am pleased.

Oct 08,2023Good price and timely delivery of toner. However despite paying premium for delivery of actual printer on Friday morning no reply back from customer service even on Friday afternoon and printer eventually arrived on Saturday. Yet to received financial compensation.

Oct 07,2023Great price for a Brother 3570, fast delivery (missed next day but came the following one). They call me back to confirm details of the model and that I missed next day delivery. I had tried Amazon first and got sent one without the scanner, so a good bit of customer service to check. Especially when their are several models with slightly different specs (duplex printing but not scanning). Happy with the service from Printerbase

Oct 05,2023First time purchaser from Printerbase, they had a fantastic price on a particular printer my wife needed, so we ordered it immediately. I was contacted by a very friendly lady on the phone to double check it was the right printer we needed (because it doesn't scan, just photo print). I thought that was a really great way to check in on your customers, reassurance for both parties. I was also contacted on the day of delivery to inform it would be arriving that day, also very handy and a pleasure to deal with ! Many thanks again.
