Aug 05,2023Had not used Printerbase before, but their service was above anything I have experienced . They even called me to discuss whether my printer choice was going to be right for me. Kept me updated with delivery. Such a brilliant company to do business with and their staff very helpful, polite and attentive. Now won't go anywhere else for printers or other things they sell. Highly recommended firm.

Aug 02,2023Generally the support provided was excellent but the printer was specified as having USB connectivity and came with a USB cable but, as I discovered shortly after it had been delivered it could not be used without WIFI (which I did not have). Fortunately five weeks after it had been delivered BT sent an engineer to change my router and enable WIFI.

Jul 31,2023A helpful person to talk to at the end of a telephone line. I was phoned after my delivery to make sure that I was happy and that all was OK with my delivery. I was very impressed with the amount of attention paid to me. I would use Printerbase in the future for anything to do with printing etc.

My order arrived on time and they emailed and called me to say when it would be delivered. Plus the price was the most inexpensive one I'd seen when researching it. So I will definitely be buying from them again.

Jul 28,2023I ordered my last printer late at night, next day I receive a courtesy phone call to check what I ordered was what I wanted/needed. I though that was a nice touch. No trying to up sell, just making sure I knew what I was ordering. Another phone call to let me know when it would be delivered and another call after it was delivered to check all was well. Delivery was also quick. Just ordered another printer, but this time wanted some advice. The advice was helpful and I placed the order. With the cash back offer, I couldn't find the printer cheaper elsewhere. Great!

A phone call from Jade within minutes to run the machine's features to check they were what I need; a phone call next morning to tell me exactly when it would be delivered; a further phone call later to check that everything was okay. You don't get that from Amazon...

Jul 23,2023I ordered an Epson Workforce printer, and playing safe, ordered a set of Epson-branded cartridges with it. The following day I received a phone call from (I think) Jade who suggested I buy the generic ink cartridges instead, as she insisted there would be no compatibility issues (which I’ve had with my previous hp printer). This saved me £50. I received a second call to tell me that the printer would be delivered the following day. Excellent customer service.
