Sep 22,2023Really disappointed. I bought a Xerox printer in Sep2021. There were several issues from the beginning. When I called each time the answer was no technicians available. I rang them today to sort out some issues with the printer (Actually, I have not used it since March 2023 due to this issue) but the answer was technicians not available- contact directly Xerox. I bought the printer from Printerbase after looking into reviews. But, I now realise there is something wrong. Not sure why they are not looked after their customers.

Sep 14,2023What a great company, from the moment I ordered my Canon A3 printer until it was delivered I could not have asked for a better service. They called me twice firstly to check I had ordered the right printer for my needs, which I had as I prefer canon to any other make, and secondly go let me know when it would arrive. I have since set up the printer and I am over the moon with it. Thank you very much guys and gals. You will now be my company of choice for items going forward. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Sep 12,2023Decided to buy a new Canon A3 photo printer. Decided on Printerbase instead of my usual photo supplier because they offered free next day delivery at the same price. Ordered Sunday evening. Monday morning they called to make sure I had picked the right printer for my needs - I knew I had, but lovely that they called to check. Tuesday printer was due. About an hour before the printer was due to be delivered, they called again, to say that if there were any problems, I knew who to call. Printer arrived an hour later (before lunchtime), with of course no problems. Such a rare occurrence these days, the personal touch, and telling you where to make contact in the event of a problem rather than making it impossible, as so many Internet suppliers do. Brought back distant memories of a thing called "customer service", now so unusual. And, moreover, the price was as good as anywhere else. Would definitely use again.

They rang me within an hour of purchasing to ensure I was aware that the printer I had bought would not scan (which was fine) and then delivered it less than 24 hours later. They must have kept an eye on the tracking because just a few minutes after it arrived they rang again to ensure everything was fine. I was a bit dubious of trying them and went ahead on the strength of their reviews. I would not think twice about using them in future. Brilliant customer service.

Aug 19,2023The printer arrived promptly. However I did not receive notification of it's dispatch. I simply received answerphone messages asking me to call back. By the time I received the message it was too late to get through so I called the following morning to be told that they had simply wanted to check my order and that it was on its way, I had been left worrying all the previous evening that there was a problem, It would have been helpful if the message left had given the purpose of the call. Also an email telling me it had been dispatched would have been good. Secondly I have received emails and mail from Printerbase but no reply to the email I sent asking for advice about the Xerox cashback scheme. If you didn't know the answer at least you could have acknowledged my message.

Our account is managed by Elaine who is seemingly always there to give us her FULL attention whatever the query. She has been a phenomenal help to us when choosing new printers and always finding us the best price and solution. Whilst our business does not use print heavily, we are always looking for the best and most cost-effective solution - Elaine has always gone above and beyond to find this for us and get it going. I also note she has always been patient and never tried to push a sale or force us towards any brand or type - really refreshing after using similar businesses in the past which have tried to lock you into a specific brand! The delivery and despatch is also next-level even by todays high standards and ease of next-day. Not only has the shipping always been on time and without damage or shortage - Elaine and the PB team have reached out to us on the day of delivery by call and email to let us know when we should expect it. Aug 09,2023Very good service from ordering through to delivery. Annessy checked the printer ordered before dispatch just in case the wrong item had been selected. Delivery was received on time. So far the Canon printer has been a breeze to set up and use.

Oct 05,2023Very nice people over the phone, but sadly very unhelpful and unreliable. I bought a Canon Imageprograf 1000 printer for nearly a thousand pounds from Printerbase on the promise of 1 working days delivery. When the printer didn't arrive within that timeframe, I called printerbase who told me they had no idea when the printer would arrive and that there was no tracking information for the delivery, they said they hoped it would be with me the following day. It didn't arrive. I chased them up again and was told that they were actually not sure if the printer had even been dispatched yet. (again, no tracking for a nearly 1000 pound order, very unprofessional). I waited another day and still the printer didn't arrive, so I rang them again to tell them that this wasn't acceptable. They told me they would dispatch another printer with tracked 24 hour delivery this time, which would be with me in 24 hours. But on that same day, thankfully, the original printer arrived! (2 days late) I let printerbase know and we agreed that I would simply refuse the (allegedly) 24 hour tracked delivery due to arrive the following day. That printer actually arrived today, a full 7 days after it was due. During all of this I was offered no money off, no discounts, nothing, just very unprofessional. I needed the printer to be delivered on time for my business, and went with them because of their highly publicised promise of 1 working day delivery. If this is why you are buying from Printerbase, I would think twice.
