Jan 28,2024Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Received a phone call within thirty minutes of my online order to check the printer I ordered was sufficient for my requirements. An email was then sent to inform me that the item had been despatched. I received another phone call the following morning to advise me of the expected delivery time. I wish all companies delivered such excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Jan 27,2024Great price and very helpful and friendly service. Good price with the printer in stock. The delivery was great and on time. I'm also very pleased with the Canon photo printer. The quality is excellent. The only problem I had with the printer was the very poor instruction, a few illustrations and that's all. I had difficulty using the WPS method to connect to my router. I used the mobile phone method, but had to find a YouTube video to provide clear instructions, which worked.

In addition, Printerbase have been in touch since to check everything with the order and delivery was fine. I am really impressed with the service as a whole, and will definitely use them for ink etc. I will also be recommending them to family and friends.

Jan 17,2024What a first rate customer service! I was contacted soon after placing my printer order online, to confirm my choice. And told my purchase would be processed and shipped that day for delivery the next day. I was then called the following morning to confirm the delivery time slot, and it arrived just a few minutes later. The item was delivered by parcel force, and the immaculate condition of the box eluded to very careful transportation. The price of the printer was also very competitive, so I am very happy with the experience.

Jan 17,2024Printerbase are not the cause of my one star review. Their selected courier is. I am sure that 99 time out of 100 even they get it right. However in my case they forwarded my parcel to another courier and did not print my whole address on my parcel. So my parcel got to my local warehouse but they knew not where to deliver it. I had not been given a tracking or consignment number.

Jan 15,2024Absolutely superb experience. I ordered on 27 December. Received a phone call on 29 December to check if the printer I had ordered was the best one to meet my needs. Having answered a few questions, I was advised to have them cancel my order and to buy a printer which was almost HALF the price - with clear explanation as to why. There is no better customer service EVER in my experience. The printer arrived when promised. A follow up phone call to check if it had arrived and to reassure me I could contact Printerbase with any queries whatsoever has sealed my satisfaction. Moral of my story? Buy from a real live company with wonderful, caring staff, not from a faceless, impersonal corporation. No problems. No regrets. No hassle!

Jan 04,2024On 2nd January I placed a order to purchase Brother printer MFC-J4340DW. Paid through PayPal. It suppose to be delivered today. I log into my account to check the status of the order and I was shocked to see the order was cancelled. Check their website and saw Out of stock against the printer I ordered. I telephoned them to be told I did not pay, I questioned which one was the reason that my order was cancelled not paying or you do not have the item in stock, I was told I can order another printer. I told them don't worry, I will buy from more trusted supplier than Printerbase.
