My first time with Printerbase. I am very ancient and almost IT illiterate! They helped me to decide on a replacement printer to meet my particular needs and gave answers to every query. Very competitive price. Delivery to fit my diary. They helped me with set-up and prompted/assisted me to register. Unfailingly friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. What a pleasure to have found such an excellent company, which I can recommend unreservedly. Very comforting that I will need to look no further for the products they stock.

liked it how I was given a personal call to double check order was suitable before despatch e.g. did I really want non networked printer, fair play. also good prompt advice from chat about product info & recommendations, warranties, offers etc.
Easy to talk to a real person, which is increasingly unusual, BUT you've got to get your delivery sorted out. PBase have sent me a reply, but not given me a way to reply to them??
Ordered a new printer to replace one that is nearing the end of useful life. I have purchased from Printerbase before and as expected the process was fairly seamless although I have deducted one star because of two minor issues. When I tried to log into my account my password was rejected possibly because I hadn't ordered for some time. Unfortunately I couldn't reset it and had to set up a new account using a different email address. I would have also have liked to receive a tracking link for the delivery. My delivery was delayed by 24 hours because of a problem at Parcel Force. Not the fault of Printerbase, but I did wait around all day wondering what had happened to my delivery. I had to phone Printerbase to discover what had happened to my order.

I bought a canon g7050 in November 2022 ,I have bought many printers over the last 30 years but this is the biggest pile of crap I have ever encountered. My business is seasonal so initially I had little use for it but in March the paperwork starts coming and I then discovered the printer would not feed documents.I reported it to Canon who were not very helpful so then I asked to return it Printerbase as it really is not fit for purpose .They offered to get it looked at by Canon as it was just past 3 months in terms of my rights to return it. This was not acceptable as I would be printerless during my most busy period. I currently am stuck with a printer that takes me an hour to scan 20 pages . Overall the experience has been very poor.Whilst I appreciate them trying to help ,business is very simple you either do or you don't and ultimately in this case they haven't.They sold me a piece of garbage that does not do what it is designed to do and there is no satisfactory option to resolve it. I will be buying another printer (not Canon) so that I may be able to do something other than feed documents into my printer all day
Stock indication was wrong. "Order within 7 hours to receive this tomorrow" was wrong. Goods were only held in Germany on 3-5 days.

I had little to do with anyone at Printerbase when ordered a Canon printer on line but I did receive a call from a lady to check that I had ordered the right thing. Printerbase advise on recording the warranty with Canon. I had trouble recording the warranty with Canon and asked Printerbase for help (twice). Both times the advice was wrong!! I managed to speak direct to Canon and discovered that the Printerbase advice was incorrect. You only need to retain your receipt/purchase confirmation to protect the 2 year warranty. Printerbase say that you only get 1 year warranty and 2 years if you register with canon - not true. I pointed this out to Printerbase but did not get a reply!! Ps. This review does not allow to insert several dates for this conversation.
Send you random shipments, and then expect you to spend time and money to return the items back to them or force you to pay for them...
I found Printerbase to be very helpful. Having placed the order I was contacted to check that I'd ordered the correct printer (i.e. not expecting an all-in-one). good communications throughout the process. If (or when) I need another printer I'll be back to Printerbase.

Everything about the online and telephone contact was excellent and gave me confidence the printer would be delivered the next day....it was at lunch time, which was excellent given I did not place the order until the afternoon.
