Printerbase phoned me afterwards to check that I had the correct specifications, which was extremely helpful even though we were only buying a second version of a printer we already had. They then phoned the next day to confirm the delivery time slot. I would recommend them for buying and aftercare.

May 25,2023Great price and had item in stock for next day delivery - easy to place order and received a phone call confirming that item had shipped and was out for delivery - great service. Also extremely happy with my new Canon Maxify GX7050 - excellent replacement for an aging Canon MFD colour laser that had finally died - Maxify is smaller, much lighter, just as fast and far cheaper on ink.

May 24,2023The whole experience was excellent. Firstly they had in stock exactly what I wanted. Then it was a great price, fair and reasonable. Ordering it was a breeze. Delivery was prompt and efficient. After care team have been polite, patient and professional and helped on matters not really their issue but the manuacturers issue without interfering and inally the product is outstanding.

May 19,2023I don’t write many reviews but this company is truly deserving of one. Clear and easy to use site and with next day delivery as standard for a sensible price. This it was essential that the item get to me for the next day and a quick chat with two very helpful people (sorry completely forgotten the names!) using the internet chat option reassured me and promptly gave me a tracking number. One of the best and most straightforward companies I’ve dealt with.

I found the website to be clear, the ordering process straightforward and - what an incomparable joy - when you phone the company somebody answers. Promptly! In this instance it was Sam who took my call and provided clear information on the basis of which I placed my order. The item (a Brother label printer) arrived next day. I recently received a follow up call from Sam to check that all was well. My thanks to her and all the team for excellent service. I have not used the label maker as yet but will be doing so within the next week or two so will review the item then.

May 05,2023Printerbase were competitively priced, easy to use and delivered super quick. I spent ages researching and shopping around. After I ordered I had a call to check I had ordered the right printer and mention the features it didn't have to check I still wanted to go ahead. My only comment really is I have had a lot of contact afterwards. A letter in the post. A few emails. Voicemails. It's only been a few weeks since buying the printer.

My printer box was wet from delivery and it wasn't being set up by my son for two weeks, so we couldn't check to see if it was damaged until then. They reassured me this would be fine.
