Apr 17,2023Normally I don't do reviews but occasionally I come across a company that I feel deserves to be reviewed. After days of comparing printers, I selected a Canon printer and went to Printerbase. Normal I place order, stuff arrives and if I have made an error, I discover my mistake. With Printerbase no such worry as within two house they contacted me to make sure I had the model I needed, corrected a mistake I had made with the inks I order for the printer, arranged refund of difference and confirmed delivery for the next day. I have had follow up calls from them since to make sure I am happy with the printer and that I haven't got any problems and that I am still happy. So, if you're looking for a company that will go that bit further with the customer service, I think Printerbase is one.

No pressure selling, just helpful and knowledgeable advice. Having selected a suitable printer, at a very competitive price it arrived the next day. I couldn't ask for more!

Apr 16,2023Great firm. They even phoned to make sure I realised that the printer did not have a feature I might have though it did have (I had realised). But the ink they sell does not seem to be competitively priced.

Apr 12,2023A lady from the printerbase called me prior to despatch just to make sure that I understood the spec of the printer ordered and I found this a very useful double check. Printer ordered on 11th April at 3:15pm & arrived on the 12th before midday. Very happy with the service indeed.

Mar 29,2023Service so amazing it shocked me! I can't remember a time that I've ordered online and had the shop call to confirm my order, and that I'd chosen all the features I wanted. In fact, I had made a mistake and they quickly sorted it and still got the correct printer sent to me on the estimated day (which was the next day). After the printer shipped I got another call to let me know it was on the way and an email with the tracking number. This attention to detail saved me from receiving a printer that would not have had an important feature I needed, and made me feel like I mattered to them as a customer. I will definitely be returning for future purchases of ink, and other machines as needed. Printerbase also had the best prices, which is truly amazing when you think about the extra time and real person contact they're putting into the job. Mar 26,2023I have nothing but praise for the team at printerbase, having purchased an HP all in one laser printer all was well untill a fault appeared. When I telephoned about this it was suggested that I should contact the HP help line directly, which I did. They couldn’t solve the problem but they me gave the necessary reference number, which was enough to send the team, at printerbase, into action and within two days I had a replacement for the faulty printer, which I am waiting to be collected for return. I am so pleased with the service which I have received, thank you very much.

Apr 17,2023We bought 2 different printers to replace existing models which had stopped working, a large format Epsom which was a direct replacement, and a new Brother printer/scanner/copier which we are very pleased with. Printerbase always give us good service and good advice at very competitive prices, and speedy delivery. We couldn't ask for anything more.
