Mar 15,2023I found on line what I thought was the correct Printer for my needs, but after speaking to one of the team, I was advised to get another which better suited my needs. The printer arrived in record time and I found it easy to set up and use. I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend Printerbase to anyone who is in need of a new printer. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me (a technophile) get the right machine.

Mar 14,2023Printerbase contacted me to check my order was correct. Very good. Price was great. Unfortunately, their courier, DPD, did not deliver the next day, stating we were out - which was not true as both my wife and I had stayed in all day because of the delivery. Picked it up the following evening from a click and collect place. Not a good solution for a large heavy package. Hence 4 stars not 5

Mar 14,2023Old-fashioned 'proper' customer service. Very impressed when speaking to an advisor who was knowledgeable and helpful. Lisa rang, once I had ordered, to ensure that I knew exactly what I had ordered and that it was correct for us. She rang twice more, including the next day, to say it had been despatched but may be slightly late due to the snow! Howver, it arrived at 1pm. The sad thing is that it's so unusual these days one notices! Highly recommended and I have already spread the word amongst friends.

Mar 07,2023It seems to me that Printerbase either go a long way to find their staff or have a very good training programme. when ever I phone them they are pleasant and cheerful, and have a sense of humour. I originally started buying stuff of them when they had the best deal on a printer I could find. Since then its been paper and ink. Its always fast, well packed and on time.

But even before I could ring them they rang me to advise of the error and promised the inks for the next day. they arrived. So great Service and great Communication. Well done and thank you.

Feb 19,2023I always try to support local firms in Sussex where I live, but no one here bothers. I had yet another printer problem without local help. so took a gamble of a firm on line who said they gave advice. From the minute I called the experience was positive, a young lady called Katie answer with a cheerful "good morning, how can I help" ...and help she did in spades. I described the problems I had and she diagnosed the fault and much as I thought the unit was old and useless. She did me a great deal on a new printer and suggested their own inks )which she guaranteed) to save as much money as possible. Everything arrived faster than Concorde. This is the only contact I need for ink etc and if you don't try them don't blame me when everything goes wrong elsewhere. Printerbase will NOT fail you.

Feb 11,2023I decided to buy the Canon ip 8750 printer. After looking through the various companies online I happened upon Printerbase. Their's was the lowest price listed and they had good reviews, so I order one. The first thing that impressed me was when I had a phone call from them to make sure I knew this printer did not have scan or copy facilities before they sent the printer, which I didn't realise. However I wanted the printer to print photographs, so that was fine. I received the printer next day. I had problems setting the wifi up (Canon was not clear in an important step in the instructions). I managed to sort the problem out with them. The most noticeable thing about this company is their cheerful, postive can do attitude. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them in the future.

Mar 22,2023Extremely helpful. They rang me back, even though not requested by me, on two occasions to ensure Canon was providing the extended warranty promised, as there was an error on Canons web page. Very impressed by their attention to detail. A very rare thing today.
