Feb 09,2023Absolutely phenomenal customer service! After ordering the printer on the evening, I received a call from them to check that it would definitely be fit for my purpose. I was then immediately emailed an invoice, and a discount code for inks too. After there was an issue with the delivery of my item (not their fault at all!) I spoke to someone on the phone who took down everything I had to say and passed it over in full to the customer service team. I received an email from someone there, so I had a direct contact, who quickly arranged for the printer to be collected and a new one delivered. I requested if the printer could be collected next day, and it was arranged with no issue, and once it had been received back at the warehouse, I requested a specific delivery day, and it was immediately sorted out for me. Could not have asked for a better service! Highly recommend.

Feb 02,2023Absolutely first rate service. I had an issue with the starter ink cartridge in my printer when it arrived. The maker of the printer was useless, but the printerbase guys were extremely helpful and even sent a free full ink cartridge for the trouble caused at no cost even though it was unnecessary once the problem was resolved.

Printerbase answered my queries by return and in detail and I was able too purchase with confidence that the printer would satisfy my way of working. Sales staff were excellent and friendly and delivery was quick and by a quality currier. After sales was also excellent with a follow up email reminding me to register the printer with Canon and a thank you discount on inks purchased for the printer for the next 12 months. All round quality service.

Jan 30,2023I've bought an ex-demo printer, and I'm very pleased with it. Only one hitch: the box had a clear arrow to indicate that it should be kept upright, and it wasn't, so there was a pool of black ink both outside and inside the machine. I sought advice from Printerbase, who reassured me that the ink inside would dry, and indeed I only got marks on my printouts for about 24 hours. I'm not concerned about the slight grey marks where I've cleaned it up outside, most of which are where they don't show, and Printerbase offered me a consideration in compensation. So a great experience from Printerbase, just 1 star taken off for perhaps not briefing the carrier company clearly enough.

Jan 26,2023Bought a Brother laser printer online using their PayPal button on their site. Received no confirmation email but the transaction showed up in my bank account. Called Printerbase and they had no record of the transaction, said it was between me, PayPal and my bank. Some sort of code glitch on their site which they seemed unconcerned about on the phone. I was left to sort it out for hours on the phone with the bank and PayPal. Turns out PayPal flagged the transaction as potentially fraudulent because there there were four attempts to process the order within seconds. Bought the same printer from a known big box store cheaper the next day. Bank put a 5 day hold on the money.

The team at Printerbase clearly go above and beyond to care for their customers which is refreshing to see. Despite extensive research, I was still nervous to ensure the printer would suit my needs as an illustrator - but I needn’t have worried! I’m so happy with it and the print quality is outstanding. Feb 10,2023Had problems easily printing from Apple Mac to Epson printer - Apple couldn't find problem - Epson didn't find problem just suggested reloading drivers. Thanks to Lisa at Printerbase for her patience - Lisa found the problem - much appreciated. Apple couldnt - Epson couldn't - Lisa did !!
