Even though it was Christmastime and there have been strikes (probable cause of delay in one of the deliveries?), I'm grateful for what they've done (following up, etc). Thank you!

Jan 06,2023What excellent service! Placed order on Tuesday evening. Got a phone call on Wednesday, offering a cheaper product, which I hadn't seen. Goods delivered on Thursday, and that's going for the free delivery option. Wonderful. Will definitely use Printerbase again.

Jan 03,2023This company are very helpful and my printer came the very next day. This was unexpected as I made my order over the phone very late in the day. I was a little disappointed as I had been also been sold replacement ink cartridges as this seemed like a good deal. However, I only received four and the printer has five. This is a minor point. The companies follow up policy to make sure their customers are happy is excellent

Dec 31,2022I purchased a printer from this company which arrived the following day. I set it up and began printing some photographs. After a number of results the printer produced a fault with the feed. I rang Printerbase who passed me over to Canon for advice. After a few tests Canon agreed that the printer was fuauty and passed me back to Printerbase. Printerbase asked if I would like a replacement, a repair or a refund. I chose a replacement, this arrive at 09:00 the next morning. The faulty machine was collected two days later. I consider this to be excellent service and would happily recommend this company to anybody.

Dec 27,2022Excellent company polite courteous and efficient, there was problem with the delivery being late but was the fault of the delivery company not Printerbase. They helped and sorted the problem and it promptly arrived first thing on the next day. 5 Stars as they were absolutely fantastic no waiting on the phone, good efficient email communications and immediate help available. The prices were competitive too. NIce to see that old fashioned companies still exit!

Dec 27,2022Excellent business which can be trusted. After I placed the order and before it was dispatched I got a phone call from them checking that I was aware that the printer could not scan. We then talked about what I needed from the printer (that it could print onto printable CDs) and concluded that it was the right printer for me. Printer arrived next day and works a treat. When I couldn't work out how to print onto the CDs correctly I gave them a call and spoke to someone who obviously knew her stuff because from my description she immediately knew what I was doing wrong and talked me through the whole process cheerfully, helpfully and professionally. Highly recommended, not least because of the high importance they obviously place on customer service.

I ordered a printer online and before it was sent Printerbase rang to say, before they dispatched it, did I know it was only a printer and not a copier/scanner as well. So thankful they rang as I had not realised that and I did definitely did want those functions. The lady that rung helped me choose a suitable alternative. The printer arrived the next day. Again Printerbase rang to give me a 2 hour delivery slot. So helpful.

Dec 12,2022The sign of a good company is the way they treat their customers and how they deal with problems. I placed an order for a new printer and it was supposed to be next day delivery. However, Almost immediately after placing the order I received a call from a pleasant young lady telling me there was a problem and my printer would be a day late. In my experience, most companies wouldn’t have bothered calling for just one day’s delay - but at least they gave me the opportunity to cancel if I wanted. As it happens it made no difference to me so I left it as it was. I am more than pleased with the printer and the service I received
