Nov 27,2022I wanted a small label printrr and placed my order, I had a phone call asking me if the product truly met my needs and a short discussion followed. When I queried why they rang, believing it was a marketing exercise, the lady explained it was to prevent excessive returns as they had experienced that during Covid. The printer arrived within 24 hours and a mail followed checking I was happy with the product. Obviously they are out for more business, but do not seem pushy. Good products, fair prices.

Dec 11,2022I ordered a Canon PIXMA iP8750 Photo Inkjet Printer on their website which promised next day delivery and they achieved this, even to coming at (actually a bit before) the time slot they promised. Excellent! This is my second iP8750 - the last one only last 3 years very light use BUT I did ignore a couple of warnings of low ink, so my fault.
