Nov 20,2022I placed my online order, on a Sunday, the following day, a young lady phoned me to ensure that the features of the printer were what I expected. I have never had such good service, as most firms would just ship once you place your order and then it’s your fault if it’s not what you expected. The following day, the young lady phoned me again to tell me what time the printer would be delivered. Absolutely fantastic service and a good price to boot. You would be hard pressed to find a company to better this company. Highly recommend them!

Nov 15,2022I don't usually go outside of the "usual" companies for things as expensive as computer equipment (Currys, Ryman, etc.). However, after seeing the reviews on here, I decided to give Printerbase a shot; and was left pleasantly surprised! The website is user-friendly, and their prices are amazing. And when the company says that it operates like a small, personable business, they aren't joking. Upon ordering, their team kept me updated from start to finish, and I even received a call earlier just to remind me to register the printer for warranty, and to make use of the discounts. The printer arrived in perfect condition, and I've had no issues with it since. As far as my experience goes, it genuinely feels like the guys at this company go above and beyond to do their best for the customer. Will definitely keep Printerbase in mind for future purchases.

Nov 13,2022Ordered a printer, expected it the next day as advertised. Problems with delivery and arrived 4 days later than expected. Had to chase the company to see what had happened to the order as they did not inform me of the delay. Very disappointed with the delivery service.

Recieved a call the day after ordering to check that we were aware of exactly what we were ordering and to state when it would be delivered. Also recieved a call day after delivery to make sure all was well and to check we had managed to set it up correctly. It is now so rare to receive direct proper unsolicited human contact from online firms. It made all the difference.

Nov 07,2022My old , but sadly irreparable , printer suddenly stopped working. I had no choice other than to bite the bullet and purchase a replacement. I had hoped to find a model that would accept the ink cartridges of my now defunct printer. No luck, these particular cartridges were apparently obsolete ! I went online to find a printer and discovered Printerbase. The rest is history, my new printer arrived the next day and is a fine replacement, the service from Printerbase has been exemplary.
