Nov 06,2022There are many different makes of printers which all do different functions, and when I ordered my new one Printerbase contacted me to check I had the right machine for my needs. I thought this was very good service which no one had done before to ensure I had the right printer. Also the price of my new machine from Printerbase was unbeatable. Overall a very good service.

Nov 06,2022Whilst looking for some ink refills for my Canon printer, I came across a great price on Printerbase. I'd never bought from them before and the price was extremely competitive, so I checked out the Trustpilot reviews first which seemed really positive. I bought 3 bottles of ink which took me just over the minimum order value for free delivery. My order was placed at 3.30pm on Thursday. Shipping was ultra-fast, as I received my order the very next day! I even received a phone call from them on the morning of my delivery to tell me the rough time when my order would be delivered - very impressive customer service! I'm really happy with my first experience with Printerbase and will definitely check them out again for consumables and maybe even my next printer when my current one is on its way out. Thanks! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oct 26,2022From start to finish ( receiving the printer ) was good - not given 5 Stars for a couple of reasons (1) got a different printer to one I originally wanted, after staff at Printerbase pointed out, the one I ordered was not a 3 in 1 like I wanted - well done Nikki at Printerbase(!) - “replacement” however didn’t turn up for 4 days due to courier problems, and (2) when courier did turn up, he complained and moaned about not being able to find my house ( even though it’s on a main road and got 4 name and number signs on path to it!). The printer I did get a Canon TS6350a is excellent for my needs - easy to install, and so far has printed, scanned and copied really well - highly recommended.

This is the second printer I have bought from this company, and both times I have received excellent service. Staff are knowledgable, professional, friendly & efficient. I ordered a new printer, the same day customer services rang me to check that I was happy with my order & checked that it fully met my needs, before despatching my printer. I was immediately able to track my order & delivery, which arrived on time & without issue. I have been contacted again to make sure everything is good and offered help with set up if I needed it. During my extensive online research, Printerbase offered lots of advice and articles relating to the aspects I was specifically looking for. Their advice was excellent and they really know what they’re talking about. The whole ordering process was extremely easy, the delivery was fast and the communication was exceptional. If you have not orderd the product thats correct for your needs they will suggest a suitable product . The comunication is excellent . They also phoned to give delivery times . The prices are very good . Cheap prices for high quality goods . I will use the company from now on for all my printing needs .

The printer arrived on time as did the extra ink. The staff kept in touch via e-mail and on the occasion when I had to phone Printerbase I spoke with a person with a name.

Oct 20,2022I ordered this modestly priced Laser Brother printer on the 30th. Sept. It surprised me with the noise it made in comparison with my previous inkjet printers but I'm told that this is normal. It prints well - and fast. The subsequent sales advice service over the telephone from the Printerbase lady was really excellent and the rapid - (3 days) - free delivery astonished me considering that I live in the north west highlands.

They rang me to ensure that I understood that my printer did not scan two sides before confirming that my order was placed. On Despatch they rang me to tell me it was on its way. Then they rang to check that it was received. Highly recommended!

Oct 17,2022We ordered a Xerox Phaser and Printerbase rang me to check I understood it didn’t copy or scan. I didn’t so we discussed an alternative and upgraded to a Xerox Workcenter 6515. The Printerbase staff are excellent (particularly Sam) and I would recommend them. The minor niggle is you get a lot of sales emails if you sign up but just unsubscribe.

Ordered a Canon TS6350 and apart from a unpredicted delivery delay, all was very good keeping me informed of progress. Delivery was prompt as informed and the printer works very well. Yes, I would recommend Printerbase as a reliable company for all your printer needs.
