Emailed me to review the order which was a good thing as I had mis-ordered, but a quick phone call (answered immediately) and it was sorted with the further payment and invoice sorted without problems. Printer and inks delivered safely and on time. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I received a follow-up call to confirm the order had been despatch and informing of expected delivery date and time slot. The staff are very professional providing an excellent service! Sep 29,2022This is by far the best purchasing experience I have ever had. Customer service goes far and beyond anything I have ever experienced before. I needed a new printer for my greeting card company and after hunting around made order with this company. This was my first ever purchase from them. I received a phone call to explain the product I had ordered and check it was what I was after. This led me to also ask for information about other products and the information I got back was so informative that it explained things I struggled to find online before hand. First time I have used this company and it will be the only place I use in future for printing hardware. If I could rate higher than 5 it would get topmost all day long. Thank you you are a breath of fresh air in this cut throat world.

Sep 22,2022Ordered a printer that had supposedly printed 10 pages, so was £50 cheaper. It arrived broken parts and smashed glass. Was told customer services would phone but just got an E mail, not the same personal device as when I purchased the machine!!! Not brilliant
