Absolutely top service! I ordered a Brother MFC-J547DW printer on line and your customer services called me to see if it was the actual model, I wanted as it did not have an A3 scanner facility. I hadn't realised this and so upgraded to a MFC-J6940DW which arrived the next day. Overall Great service, but I would make it clearer on your website that the Brother MFC-J547DW doesn't have the A3 scanning facility as the operator said it happens a lot.

Good point: Printerbase rang to check printer was suitable. Less good point: They said Epson XP4150 didn’t do duplex- it does. Bad point: Printer failed to work. Rang help line, took forever to answer & put me straight through to Epson who immediately replaced it with one that does.

It was easy to order from Printerbase after looking at the well presented info about the various printers I was considering. After ordering a Canon G550, Printerbase contacted me to make sure I was getting the the printer I needed as the G550 is a printer only. It was delivered promptly and I am very pleased with It. Printerbase have sent a thanks for your purchase email and a reminder to register for the warranty. Many thanks, Paul

An a* company. Phoned to check the printer is what I wanted, phoned the day of delivery to tell me when it would be delivered and who by. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend

Exceptional service, excellent price. Phoned to check the printer was suitable to requirements. Delivered within 24 hours. Promptly resolved problem with delivery due to *** unable to read address. I will certainly use Printerbase for all my requirements in the future.

Ordered my Canon G650 printer and spare inks over the weekend. On Monday I received a call confirming that the printer met my requirements. As promised my stuff arrived next morning. Had a query about a Canon promotion offering a 3 year warranty and got an instant email from Caroline with all the details. Overall an excellent customer experience and would have no hesitation recommending this Company - if only all on line sales were as good as this.

Excellent experience all round. Competitive prices for the printer I was looking for (Canon G550) and with a bonus of next working day delivery (Tue for ordering over weekend). The customer service was outstanding and the call from PB on Monday Morning to check that the specifications for the printer ordered met my requirements was a really nice touch. I would certainly recommend PB based on my experience and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Brilliant next day service which turned up nice and early- even though I ordered it reasonably late in the afternoon. Great printer, which I got a phone call about to invite me to subscribe to some ink service. I explained to the pleasant lady it wasn’t something I’d like to take advantage of and she politely thanked me for my time. A very positive experience and will definitely use again.

Ordered a Canon G550. They phoned me same day to ensure that I knew it was a printer only (no scanner), they emailed me a proper invoice and phoned the following day to give a delivery time - it was delivered on time. Friendly, efficient phone calls too. This is perfect service, and they matched all other suppliers, and beat some, for price. Faultless.
