Bought a Canon printer as an upgrade and I had a courtesy call a couple of hours after ordering just to check that I understood what I'd ordered eg no auto duplex printing etc. (Would not have had this from Amazon or Currys!) And the price was more competitive than anyone. Can't comment on after sales service and hope I won't need it, but all good so far.

Aug 18,2022Really good service from Printerbase got a call after i made the order to check i was happy with the choice id chosen and lady went over what i had picked which would of been a good service had viking done the same as i'd chosen the wrong one initially but found my new supplier now so i'm a happy customer. YOU CANNOT BEAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Other companies need to follow suit. thank you

Aug 09,2022Nikki Booth at Printerbase went over and beyond in my opinion and delivered excellent customer service. I'd selected a printer that had all the options I wanted, or so I thought. I unusually missed that it didn't provide duplex printing; Nikki rang me immediately post purchase and pointed this out, which saved me a load of hassle and really made my day. She sourced a slightly different printer quickly that does everything needed. Simple things, but it's the small things that can really count! Thanks again Nikki.

Jul 28,2022I placed an order, late on today, and i recieved a call withen 20 minutes, apoligizing that it was too late for next day delivery, and i would recieve it the following day, (which was fine) but the lovely lady advised they had a cheaper item if id like to try it and offerd to refund the differance (which was so kind) i just havent had good customer service like this for a long time and thank you very much, im sure the ladys name was lisa but i could be mistaken, but thanks, and i would completely reccomend this company.

Jul 25,2022Easy ordering and a good range of printers and consumables. Delivery was slower than promised but not unacceptable. Would have been 5 * but follow up phone call after placing an order to promote own-brand compatible cartridges rather than OEM when printer is still in warranty and would recognise non-OEM cartridges is not really on.

Jul 22,2022I bought a Canon PIXMA iX6850 and received an email with an approximate time for delivery on a day when no-one would be at home. I phoned to say that and a helpful lady said there was no problem and because of the value of the package the driver would not leave it but come back another day and try up to three times todeliver it. I came home late on the original day of delivery and there was no printer and no card in the door. I was not concerned as I was expecting delivery the next day. The following morning I went out to the bins and found the printer in the side passage, on the public side of the side gate. It had been there all night, open to the weather and any opportunistic thief that might have walked past. Fortunately, the weather was dry and no harm was done. But... Either the customer services lady gave me wrong information or the delivery person was not following instructions. There could have been a big problem and that is why I am bringing it to the attention of the company. In all other respects the service by the company was excellent but this was potentially a fatal flaw.

Jul 10,2022I don’t normally write reviews, but the service provided by Printerbase was possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received for a regular purchase with no special circumstances. I received three calls from the Printerbase team, each one to share delivery information or to check that I was happy with the specifics of the order. Friendly and helpful on all three occasions and clearly above and beyond what normal retailers would do. I’ll be ordering again from Printerbase.

Item is stuck somewhere and this company told me it was no longer their responsibility once handed over to the courier. This is incorrect. It is your responsibility to ensure my parcel arrives with me on time. Awful company.

Jul 05,2022I was recommended to go to this shop for my printer paper reel, by the company that made my printer. So I ordered the printer brand reel and then about half an hour later I got a call from the lovely Nikki to say that they could send me two of their compatible own brand item I ordered instead of the 1 of the other brand I had ordered - as their version is half the price. I was totally shocked, I thought that customer service like this was a thing of the past. I can tell they had my business interests at heart. They now have a loyal customer in me, as I will be going back. Customer service is amazing. The prices are amazing and for anyone thinking of using this company, I would highly recommend it, and I hope you get to speak to Nikki, as she is incredible.
