Which I thought I had, until they told me some more about an alternative, so I switched my order. The second time was after the printer arrived, to remind me to register it. Jun 27,2022Ordered a printer then discovered on the day it was being delivered that my existing one, presumed dead, was in fact ok and the problem was Canon’s server which developed a fault whilst being updated. Phoned printerbase who advised me to reject the delivery, and within 3 days they’d refunded the money. Fabulous service, thank you printerbase.

Jun 23,2022I've had a scanner for less than two weeks, and for £250 it is rubbish. It pulls through multiple pages at a time and is painful to use. I emailed the company today for an exchange but they said they don't have a tech support department so I will have to ring Brother, and if 'they' deem it faulty they will refund it. I told them I don't have time for all that as it is needed for an office. The response was that if I pay them £20 they will contact Brother for me! Aren't we living in an age where Consumer Contract Regulations allow you to return something even if you have simply changed your mind!? My case is simple, the item is either faulty or not fit for purpose. They could have simply exchanged it and I would have been a happy customer, but instead they want me to jump through hoops. I will never use this company again.

Jun 17,2022I have been ordering my supplies etc from these guys for a while & on the rare occasion something goes wrong they always pull out the stops to make thing right. The most recent problem was not one of their but the delivery company, DHL. Even though the problem was not within Printerbase they kept me informed of the contact they had with DHL & sorted the problem out. Definitely will keep using them.

Jun 15,2022Printerbase were great but the product we purchased rubbish. Epson ES 580W. Product sale litrature says it scans to Share point but when you buy it it turns out that is not passible.
