Jun 09,2022I recently had cause to have to buy a new printer, and for some months had tried to source a Canon TS8352a, and not even Canon had them ... Covid! Then I found one at Printerbase [who I have not used before], next day delivery, and a phone call to make sure that I was buying the right one for my needs, AND to confirm delivery. This is combined with a number of emails, confirming my order, confirming delivery and finally a link to Canon to register the printer and contacts for tech support. A flawless and faultless process, from lovely people, who have not asked for a review ... modest as well!

May 31,2022When I ordered , I had a useful email from printer Base to make sure that I was ordering the correct machine for my purposes e.g. Mac model. USB etc . Also cheapest offer at £210 - next was Amazon at @219. Very fast delivery within 20 hours.

So I was agreeably surprised when the printer arrived in a few day already loaded with toner cartridges and was up and running in 30 minutes!

May 17,2022Having investigated various printers I opted for the Canon PIXMA TS9550 which Canon recommended to replace my 11 year old MG6150. I came across Printerbase on line who had it in stock and were the most competitive on price, I ordered late on one evening and it arrived the next day. Following the online instructions the set up was pretty straightforward. So far very happy.

Jun 14,2022Ordered compatible cartridges on Thursday assured they would work arrived Friday after I left the office installed Monday they don't work advised Printerbase they requested photos etc which were sent Monday they then asked for serial numbers which I sent 14-18 Monday 09-14 ,10.50 , 11.30 Tuesday without reply i then telephoned and they said they had not received my mails and asked me to send the three photographs seperately in future i will order genuine cartridges through Amazon which are only slightly more expensive
