Jun 19,2024It was quick and easy to order from Printerbase. There was a little confusion regarding delivery but in the end it was with us by 7pm on the next working day. The offer of £100 cashback was also successful and efficient. Good overall experience, we would buy through Printerbase again.

Jun 16,2024I bought a Canon MF655Cdw from Printerbase. Firstly, the price including delivery was far less than other companies I'd looked at. After I'd bought online, I then received a call from a sales person telling me when it would be delivered. The printer arrived the next day by DHL, I was obviously delighted. I bought a set of toner's for my printer at the same time. I registered the printer with Canon for a their guarantee. I'm really pleased with this purchase, and will definitely come back to Printerbase when I need more office items. You'll be hard pressed to find cheaper prices, especially combined with such a great service.

They rang me to check what type of computer system I used. They have sent me a useful helpline for Canon should I have any issues with the set-up. And their prices are very competitive too.

Apr 24,2024I ordered a scanner from Printerbase, they were one of the manufacturers recommended companies. The price was good, the item (and,importantly, the pockets I needed) were in stock,and they promised next day delivery. It was a Sunday, so I added a note to my order to day that I was ordering from them because they had the pockets in stock, and to let me know if they weren't (I've been caught out before on other websites). On Monday I received a call to let me know that everything was in stock, and to say that it would be dispatched that day. Sure enough, it arrived on Tuesday. The servuce was fabulous, and I Will.be happy to use them again. I'm also happy tomrecommend them.

They kindly rang me to go through the model to make sure it was the right one for me. I had a query and rang them and got straight through to a helpful knowledgable lady who answered my query immediately. Jun 24,2024I did my research and decided exactly which printer I wanted and then ordered it from Printerbase as they promised free next day delivery. What they didn't say on their website is that before despatching the printer they would phone me to check that I'd ordered the right printer for my needs. Yes, I had, I'm not stupid, and I know that all they were trying to do was persuade me to buy a more expensive printer. I missed their first two calls and so they desptached the printer late and it wasn't delivered next day as promised. And since buying the printer I've had goodness knows how many emails and calls from them. I have found the Unsubscribe link on the latest email they sent me, even though they clearly didn't want me to find it as it's blue text on a slightly darker blue background. Please go away now, Printerbase.
