Apr 19,2024A fantastic company who goes that extra mile to help customers. I had ordered a Canon printer from Canon but after about a week they said that the order was cancelled. I needed it urgently, ordered from Printerbase and it was sent next day via DHL with tracking info. I waited all day, never arrived and then was told that it would come 2 days later, Caroline at Printerbase was easily contactable on phone and we communicated throughout this time[which in itself is rare these days] She then sent another printer which arrived next day leaving me to reject the DHL one when and if it arrives. What fantastic service.

Apr 17,2024Ordered a label printer and a reel of labels, frankly only because my usual supplier's website wasn't working. Within 20 minutes of ordering a very energetic Skye called me to tell me that the exact model of printer I'd ordered wasn't made but thst the current one is much the same, just without a USB for printing from memory sticks etc, as well as explaining so offers they had on label reels, I didn't need both of these but appreciated the order acknowledgement. The next day only the labels arrived, or so I thought, within an hour Skye called me again to tell me that they've seen the labels had arrived and that the printer would arrive via dpd within their usual time slot. Everything arrived next day, in perfect condition, a little more expensive than some stores but undeniably good customer service.

Apr 04,2024I asked to purchase a printer via email or a printer which uses the same printer cartridges via email. The rep ordered another printer which was not compatible. My colleagues opened the printer and started using it. When I called customer services they said that they'd listened to the calls and I didn't ask for a printer with similar cartridges. I then said I did not call, I emailed the request (so the customer service individual was clearly lying). Still refused my return and continued to talk over me. Shocking!

As we were away until the next Monday, Lisa arranged for delivery on the Tuesday . Perfect . Only just started using the printer,but early signs are excellent. Only using it for photos.
