Dec 30,2024I contacted customer service as I needed to change my subscription from puppy to adult. The service was very quick and they were so helpful. The food is amazing my puppy was very hyperactive because I was feeding her on a well known name puppy kibble. A friend of my husband suggested prodog raw, since we have swapped she is a lot calmer

Dec 20,2024I have 3 mix breed huskies so we get through around 10-15kg of raw food a week. These guys trump other brands on recipe variety, they do 1kg boxes for big dogs, and they're always on point. I was behind on my finances this month, and my subscription didn't go through. I reinstated it online but I did something wrong. I got a call from one of the team called Frank. He called just to ensure I got my food before Christmas, he was super friendly and helpful, he didn't talk to me like a robot reading off a script, just real genuine customer service where they actually look out for the customer. A rare experience nowadays. Big-up Frank.

Dec 19,2024Unbelievable customer service, real people dealing almost immediately as an individual, not some AI robot. Exceptional knowledge of the product and care for my dog! Food is great and easy to use, it is raw yes, but not with the horrible smell and blood etc that I have had from others. Comes in easy to use pack for the fridge and freezer. Yep, guess you know I recommend this company and its products without quibble.

It is very reliable, I’ve been needing to talk with the customer service team and has always been a smooth experience, and most importantly my dog loves the food and is super healthy thanks to the quality food they offer. One downside thing is that their supplements are quite expensive… But I’d still give then 5 stars

Dec 12,2024I’m very pleased with the way customer management dealt with my issue. I had a delivery which was delivered to my address but I had no delivery at my door. After proving this they were very happy to reship my order and to give me advice on how to put a safe place on my delivery. I’ve also been entered into a draw for a dog bed which is so amazing as then my dog can use her original one for her birth and I can replace with this one if I win. I’ve also unlocked £10 off my next order which I will place another order if I see positive changes to my dog once had this food. Was so sketchy upon ordering but definitely brilliant customer service if you do have a problem. I also had a discount on my first order which is amazing. Definitely do order if you are worried, as I was the same. 100% happy I’ve chosen Pro raw dog food x

Dec 11,2024This is my 6th order from ProDog Raw starting first with starter pack for my puppy she is doing well on the raw food lovely shiny coat no health problems, it helped she came to me already on raw from the breeder. The ordering is very easy and delivery is quick. I would recommend this company customer service is very quick in answering any queries. ++++++++

Dec 11,2024This is the best raw food I’ve ever feed my dogs in 20 years! I can really see the difference in how my new puppy is growing and responding. He is very content and no funny tummy problems. The packaging is great, which makes storage and usage brilliant. Also the advice and support I have received from the team at ProDog has been fantastic. This company really is the whole package and I feel they totally care about what they are doing, not just selling a product.

Dec 11,2024Again fantastic service from the pro-dog team alerting me to the Christmas delivery date clash with my regular subscription and suggesting an alternative day. My dog looks fantastic at 12 years old, I’m convinced his diet has helped particularly given he had a very sensitive tummy before moving to raw food. We have tried several brands over the years but pro-dog is way ahead on quality, always reliable and I can’t think of any reason to change.

Dec 11,2024We are not new to raw feeding. But we are new to prodog raw. We could not be more pleased. Once our order was placed we received a confirmation email. Then we were informed our order was dispatched, and it arrived very quickly. The food is very good and our two dogs really look forward to eating time. Each dog will search the others bowl for scraps, which there never are any. We have tried some of the treats too, our dogs love the ostrich and also the black pudding treats. We have noticed that the dogs stool has changed, for the better. This has been very important to us as our older westie has had issues with blocked anal glands. Our vet has confirmed that our westie is now expressing herself during her motion. We could not be more pleased with both the service (Robin deserves a mention) and the products. We would certainly recommend prodog raw to everyone. Well done prodog raw.

My dogs have no complaints with the food and there is never anything left in their bowls. They are very happy dos and their coast are incredible. The one is 10 years old and we’re told she looks like a puppy

Dec 09,2024I've used prodog for years until I lost my last Dalmatian in August. We now have a puppy Dalmatian so I'm using again as they are the only company I fully trust to have OFFAL FREE recipes. Customer services are always very good .

This was so simple it was a email on there website and I had a response within the our and the conformation it was dispatched. Great customer service which has no doubt prompted me to become a returning customer. Plus the packaging of the food is in recycled pastic tubs for easy and very infomative of what is in each tub, plus the dog loves it his coat is like slik as a result of quality food at a fair price.

Dec 31,2024we’ve had quite a lot of issues with our Vizsla in terms of food. He struggled to gain weight, and a lot of food didn’t agree with him. Since moving to ProDog Raw, he’s gained and maintained his weight, his coat has never looked shinier and generally in the best health he’s ever been. The price is so reasonable compared to other raw food brands - which we have found are often stuffed with lots of veg etc. rather than the raw meat itself! Customer service are also amazing, there have been a couple of times where I’ve miscounted how much I’ve needed and the team have sent out additional orders really quickly!
