Dec 03,2024First time using this company and very impressed. I messed up my initial order and contacted customer services, who very kindly changed my order. It arrived as expected and my rottie is enjoying the new high quality food. The packaging is compact and makes it easy to stack in the freezer. Will be placing my next order shortly and will be taking advantage of the subscribe and save option. I'm impressed that I can pre-order a delivery date and select the number of days before the next order will be dispatched. Would definitely recommend this company.

Dec 03,2024I’ve had my GSD on ProDog Raw since he was a puppy and he’s 6 years old now. He has thrived on his ProDog diet and I won’t change him to anything else! As he’s a breed that is prone to hip dysplasia, I’ve had him on Flexx for years and don’t see any signs of problems of any sort! Customer service is ALWAYS brilliant, and helpful. Advice is given when needed and always clear and precise. The new pup is also on ProDog puppy and he too thrives!! Will continue using for the duration of their lives!

Dec 03,2024We have used Prodog Raw for a number of years now for both our dogs , they don’t have any complaints with the food … it’s snaffled in seconds. Any issues I have had with the odd orders have always been swiftly rectified by customer support . I really liked the recent email from customer support highlighting the fact that there will be no deliveries over the Christmas period ( when my subscription is due ) giving me plenty of time to sort out a new order date making sure I’ll not be left without food Thanks guys .

Dec 03,2024Was recommended ProDog Raw by a friend who uses the brand, and I haven't looked back since. Having a bulldog breed dog, I was worried about the health complications that come with them. My vets even tried telling me to stay away from raw food. Both the vets, and myself, are happy with the growth and health of my boy. No upset stomachs (apart from when he gets a forbidden treat from the kids 😅), no unwanted trips to the vets. The subscription makes my life a whole lot easier. The customer service is also fantastic. My subscription fell over Christmas, which hadn't even been a thought of mine, but thanks to them picking up on this, I won't have to be giving him any different food over the festive period. 10/10!

Dec 02,2024I have been using ProDog Raw for a few months now. Although my dogs are very different (an 8 month-old medium-breed puppy, and a 9 year-old small terrier x), the food is suiting them both very well. My puppy is often complimented on his condition when out-and-about - his coat is lovely and thick, and he's developing good muscle tone. He's also growing nicely, and he really does enjoy his mealtimes. He's also a show dog, and won a RCC from minor puppy at his first show! A testament to the condition that ProDog has kept him in... My terrier x is also thriving on this food. Although she's been raw-fed in the past, various circumstances meant that she was fed on a mixture of dry and wet food for 18 months until switching to ProDog a couple of months ago. As mentioned above, she is now around 9 years-old (we're not sure exactly how old she is, as she is a rescue). She's got hip dysplasia, luxating patella, and skin issues. Since switching, she has found it much easier to develop muscle in her hindquarters (even with limited exercise), her skin issues have eased, her breath is fresher, and she's struggling less with the cold weather as her previously thin, wispy coat is coming through much thicker. I haven't yet tried any ProDog supplements with her - although, I do think she will move on to Flexx when her current bag of joint supplement has been used up, and I will be looking into their skin-allergy supplement next summer. I like the ProDog packaging, too! It isn't without its flaws (as I have had a few tubs arrive cracked), but it's much better than the packaging of other brands that I have tried. The 500g tubs are compact, stack well, and make the most of my freezer space. I haven't had any issues with these tubs leaking yet either (unlike other brands with similar packaging). Delivery is on-time and the subscription option has made ordering much easier. I don't have to worry about keeping the freezer stocked! All communications I have had with the company have been positive (not that there have been many). I recently contacted their customer service team to discuss supplements, and their nutritionist's reply was prompt, honest and well-informed. I came away feeling very reassured, and can already see the advice working (in less than a week)! All in all, I would recommend ProDog to anyone who is looking to feed their dog a raw diet. Their bundles are competitively priced, offer good variety, and of a good quality compared to other, more commercialised raw brands. Treats are a little more expensive - but, still good quality also. Glad I made the decision to switch!

Dec 02,2024Using the supplements and so far so good still early days but I’m happy to stick with them longer as can’t expect results in days. Minnie is looking epic right now and is itching less we using protect. Also will be starting the Bovine colostrum will update review once we further down the line. Customer service always have been happy to help with any questions so will be adding joint care too as they say they can be use together saves me time.

Dec 02,2024Great product, dog always leaves a clean plate. He’s gained muscle and speed. Support has been fantastic throughout our journey. Food is always sent with great communication so you can be in and not worry it’ll defrost on your doorstep. I do miss the wool insulation in packaging but there hasn’t been issue since they stopped using this.

Dec 02,2024Thank you to Prodog raw the customer service is fabulous and supported me on a weekend without issue. The food is always delivered with great communication. My dog loves it! He’s a rescue and was a lean 6kg being fed skinners kibble and lily’s kitchen when we got him. We researched the benefits of raw diet and decided on Prodog Raw. Our boy is now a muscular 8kg and the only change is his diet. He’s much faster in the field and loves the lamb raw food. The team were fab when we contacted them to say we needed to change the subscription to swap out certain proteins.

I contacted the customer service team and they called me with some techniques I could try and it worked instantly. It’s been hit and miss over the weekend but we will persevere with it. Thank you.

Its so slow,doesn’t load,most of the times i have to fight 30 min to do simple order.Its so annoying and seems like is getting worse every other order

Nov 30,2024I can’t praise this company any more if I tried. I’ve been buying ProDog Raw for over 8years now, perhaps longer. Our previous German Shepherd, Bella, had dreadful allergies so was recommended to switch to raw. Hot spots, ear infections all disappeared. Her coat became soft and silky (everybody commented on it) Our current pup, Freddie is now 14 months old and has been on ProDog since 8 weeks and that’s where he’ll stay. Their customer services are incredible, quick responses, answer any questions, knowledgeable and caring. This is not a company who is in the business because it’s a fad or big money maker, they genuinely believe in their products and want what’s best for your dog. I’ve recently had the pleasure to talk to Caroline Spencer, Prodog’s behaviourist, for some advice. Everything she said worked. Also recommend her book ‘Why does my dog Do that?’ If I lived closer I would ask for a job there! Such a passionate, caring family. Freddie adores his food and I genuinely believe it’s excellent value for money, especially the bundles that are free delivery. Try a sample pack on offer and you won’t look back.

While there are cheaper options available, they often fall short in terms of both product quality and customer service. Pro Dog stood out by proactively contacting me with cost-saving advice, which I have since implemented through their subscription service. I highly recommend Pro Dog for their exceptional products and customer-focused approach.

Nov 29,2024Our little fur baby has been eating pro dog for the last few years. He absolutely loves it, he gets so excited when it arrives licking the box!! I recently had to contact customer services regarding an order they were prompt in replying and able to help me with my request. Nothing was to much trouble. The app is user friendly. I wouldn’t change him to any other food. He’s happy and the vet will always comment on how well he looks.

Nov 28,2024I've been giving my dog Kaskae ProDog Raw's food now for a number of years and he took a shine to it immediately, and continues to do so today. The team are always super helpful when you contact them, the available options in terms of products and subscriptions are also ideal, as well as being easy to manage on their customer portal. My only gripe, which is preventing this from being a 5 star review, is that quite often the tubs arrived cracked and I have to fish out plastic bits from the meat as it defrosts before serving it, as I don't think enough care is taken by the courier when handling the parcel. I've noticed this in particular when the felt sheet isn't included. I appreciate this is probably an environmentally conscious decision to remove this so from the parcels, so perhaps extra shredded cardboard to keep the tubs more protected?

I can honestly say Prodog Raw is a brilliant company to buy from. Firstly their customer service is outstanding. They have helped me, fro. The very first order, with what to buy for the first time feeding Raw, to tummy issues and food sensitivity, and recently a very small hiccup with my delivery. They are perfect. Extremely prompt reply to my query, that was sorted immediately, with great satisfaction. 10/10. Highly recommended
