Sep 26,2023We cannot recommend the team at Prodog Raw nor their product enough! We have on occasion had to reschedule our monthly delivery at the last minute & it is never an issue. The Customer Service team email back almost immediately with the reassurance the request is acknowledged and done, no drama. And, most importantly, the food is delicious as rated by our Frenchie who has never refused a meal since moving over to Prodog Raw. Our monthly subscription is easy, organised and delivered without delay every month. We could not be happier! No reservations in recommending!

Sep 26,2023The Customer Service was impeccable, I had an order waiting to be dispatched but had rancour of the raw food for my extremely picky dog, I called them and they sent it that very same day arriving the next day. The lady was lovely, but most of all the raw food went down a treat. My dog 'woofed' it down, very unusual for her. I would recommend this Company 110%, extremely satisfied 😊

Sep 26,2023I have built up a load of 'doggio's' but cannot find a way of using them at check out. I can't find anywhere on their site which helps with my question. How do I pay for my latest order with doggio's? 26/09/2023 I've just received a reply (very quick, Thank you!) re the above request about how I use my Dogios at checkout. I couldn't find how to use them on the website. I've been asked to delete the 1 star so I'm giving them a 3 star. I still think the website is a bit fussy & I don't particularly like that you have to wait to get a Doggio code via email before you can claim the discount but their dog food is good. It means I have to wait for the code to come through before I can complete my order. On other sites you can access any discounts/rewards via the website on checkout without having to wait for it in an email.

Sep 26,2023Fantastic company. Great customer service. Extremely knowledgeable regarding raw feeding and health issues. I have a frenchie who gets yeast infections she has allergies, and she itches a lot and breaks her skin. I am not new to RAW so I have abit of knowledge. But I wanted advice on a sample bundle without any poultry which is one of her allergies. They replied to my email very swiftly giving me links to other products to assist with her allergies and yeast issues. I love the fact that this company offers single and novel proteins which is great for doing an elimination diet and without the huge price tag that some suppliers impose. Huge bonus that not everything has to have poultry or tripe in it. I can now offer my dogs more than the recommended four varieties of proteins to give them more choices. I have just ordered my second bundle to transfer my senior dog onto Prodog, along side my Frenchie. You know it's great food when the pups produce nice firm small poos. There is a great range of supplements on offer (if required). With lots of info. Great company. Look forward to seeing my little Frenchie skin improve and hopefully less itching from her.

Sep 25,2023I've recently gone back to Pro Dog, and couldn't be happier. I've always fed raw, and there are a lot of great suppliers. Pro Dog helped me with a list of ingredients that my dog is allergic to, nothing was to much hassle. they even helped change an order before it was picked, as I'd made a mistake in flavour, and wanted to change a completed order. Again they helped me. I also like the new choices for flavours, and the break down of ingredient's used, so I am confident in what my dog is eating. Delivery is quick, and ordering and amending pending orders is easy. My dog is loving the duck and venison. Would highly recommend.

You post the wool in its bag back and they refund you the postage as they're keen to help do their but for the environment. They genuinely do their best for pets the planet and consider us owners. Our Pets get high quality food us owners have access to some advice from the companies animal behaviourist and nutritionist. We can also if needed buy our dogs food in cheaper packaging which isn't quite such an environmentally friendly option I've discovered but the foods the same as that sold in tubs, but the cheaper option still means a raw and balanced diet is possible for pets They listen to their customers and take on feedback or so it seems to me. I like their delivery service.you choose a date for delivery and they do all they can to meet that date. Your order arrives delivered to you to your hands..not left on the doorstep as my other supplier does so you can get this company's food stored in the freezer as soon as its delivered so they've got it all nailed in my opinion. My only Iwish the food came in chunks as I find chunks for small dogs easier to just use what I need but if I had dog sized dogs I'd be fine but mine are itsy bitsy so don't get through a whole pot very quickly while bigger dogs would so for regular size dogs this is the way I would choose to feed them partly because I like having the food delivered in a reliable way. I'm still figuring out if I can make it work for me but that's my issue as I have 4 kg dogs I'm really impressed with this company and highly recommend them. Sep 01,2023I have been feeding my dog raw food since he was a few months old and have tried many different suppliers but ProDog Raw is the only one he will consistently eat without getting fed up of it. There are loads of different flavours and I get a subscription so I never run out. Ordering is easy and the delivery is very reliable giving an hour’s time slot. I am finding that ProDog Raw is much more affordable than other companies I have tried, which is also a huge bonus and means my dog is getting the best nutrition at a reasonable price. All communication with ProDog Raw has been excellent - professional but friendly and helpful - and I am pleased to be able to give them the best rating there is.

Aug 31,2023I asked ProDogRaw what would be suitable for my son to feed the dogs when we’re on holiday as last year had to keep reminding him to take out the freezer and he dosnt like the smells so went with cold pressed dog food and ooo nope they started farting so just ordered 25kg to last over the holidays and our son has been told he’ll just have to suck it up lol he’s 24 years old so should be able to cope he says he’ll where a mask lol

Sep 28,2023Absolutely brilliant, I bought their Low Phosphorus raw meals, for my 15 year old who has early kidney disease, he lives the food, the 500g containers fit perfectly in my freezer drawers- I will buy more next time as I was unsure if a bundle of 15kg would fit on my first purchase. The team are great with such extensive knowledge and are so happy to help answer any questions you might have, I’ve found such useful information in their FB group too. Will setup subscribe and save from now on!!
