Mar 07,2025I used this company to transport furniture from Thailand to UK. They were excellent at both ends. In Thailand, friendly quick to respond and great packing team. In the UK the staff gave me excellent advice and kept me fully informed re transit times. the delivery guys were great too. I probably wont be needing them in the future but I fully recommend them.

Mar 07,2025So I was looking for an affordable company to help me move some of my things to Canada. I saw they were more affordable compared to a few others I contacted. What I failed to do was to come read some reviews. After I packed my goods with the cartons they gave to me, paid and sent them over. Pss came back to me fews days later stating that I would pay extra charges totalling £240. Why? That my cartons were extra by 0.02 and 0.01. The one that was under 25 kg (24.5). They said the carton was bulging, what?from the exact carton that was given to me? They insisted I pay extra for them. I considered this a rip off, they insisted I pay or else I would be forced to pay for storage space. I asked for an invoice indicating what they stated however they said they cannot generate an invoice for that. I have to take the added price like that if not they would not send my goods. I was already out of the UK, so my hands were tied. I am greatly disappointed with their service. In a bid to conserve money I paid way more than I anticipated.

Mar 06,2025Professional, capable and highly pleasant packers. It’s a tough job and they both got on with it at incredible pace. Not even a scuff mark left on the walls after having to move bulky items down the stairs. They kept me well informed on progress.

Mar 03,2025From the first call I felt that this company knew what they were doing I didn't even shop around for other quotes. Communication first class always keeping me updated on everything. My move was short notice but PSS managed to fit me into their schedule. Would definitely recommend for a hassle free move which is a massive help when going through stressful moves.

Feb 26,2025I was perhaps the most difficult client they had had in recent years, constantly having to pencil in dates and then move them when our exchange was delayed. In the end though we got there and our packing team, supported by Helen at HQ moved heaven and earth to make it work for us. I really can't speak more highly of the experience.

Feb 25,2025Items missing from the shipment. Aftershave bottles worth 500 pounds were missing when the boxes arrived to our destination. One of the bottles (Penhaligons) was removed from its box (the box arrived empty) and the other 2 (Chanel and Arabian Oud) did not arrive at all. Despite raising it with the customer service team, they have taken no responsibility or provided any compensation which is difficult to accept given the whole premise of their business is to transfer goods from one place to another safely. They asked me to provide evidence which can prove the bottles went missing / were not packed by their team which I said is difficult to provide (obviously) but asked them to provide me with examples of such evidence and/or provide evidence that their staff did not take the bottles and they said "unfortunately we do not have any evidence". I am really confused and upset that there is clearly a scenario that staff could POTENTIALLY steal during the packing process and it is impossible to prove. Be very careful when the team are packing your goods and watch over them, if things go missing, you will not get it back from PSS. Honestly very upsetting given we spent over 5,000 pounds with PSS and this is how they treated us in the end i.e. completely washed their hands of any responsibility. I wouldn't recommend and certainly wouldn't use them again in future. Genuinely upset that they can get away with this.

Feb 25,2025The removals team did an excellent job on the collection day. They were organised, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to have at our home. The quoting process was also very professional and efficient. We did the quote via a call using a mobile app and we received a full quote including itemised pictures from the call the following day.

Feb 24,2025Very quick. Quotation was very reasonable and cheaper than other companies. They came to my house on the agreed day and time, made an inventory with the content of each box, wrapped the suitcases in brown paper, loaded the van and left. all in less than an hour. Very good service.

I've just started to unpack ...so much damage from appalling packing...a microwave was packed into a box on its side and wine glasses packed alongside.... the box appears to have been standing water at some point....microwave starting to rust, wine glasses broken. And that's just the beginningm

Feb 20,2025Excellent experience. All involved were kind, fleixble, professional. The only area where I would recommend improvement concerns the significant extra charge from UK customs. I realize that this is out of your control, but early upfront warning of the magnitude of the extra charge should be more prominent.

Mar 08,2025From the first contact by Rob, then Jo visiting us to see the volume of packaging we would need for our furniture and other goods, has been very helpful and very professional. Once we had agreed to appoint PSS we were contacted by Helen, who yet again was so helpful with her experience and advise for what and how matters would develop. The two men who came to pack our goods, Steve and Dave, were in my experience at the top of the tree for work rate and customer satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble, very efficient. All round a very positive experience with professional, and importantly good people.
