Amy and Chris, I had a great experience with them, they were kindly helpful while I was buying my car, they are absolutely professional and thanks you both 🙂
Good parts friendly staff and from my holding deposit to seeing vehicle l explained would need two weeks to tie up selling my existing vehicle and moving funds around and Amy was happy with this the not so good areas was asked to look around the vehicle inside a darkish unit and l dint see a damaged wheel and small dent ! l sent the balance to pay in two amounts and on collection the staff were not aware of this although quickly rectified the system for completion of V5s is very slow it took 4 weeks for me to receive my new one this is just too slow l did email regarding a problem on the previous service this was simply ignored and finally the handover left a lot to be desired luckily l had a few questions written down as there was no structure more or less here are your keys! despite all of this l am generally happy with my purchase although with my 20 years as a car sales executive l know l would have completed a little better l other minor point comes to mind l travelled for over an hour and was never offered a drink! just a thought finally finally was offered a miserable £11k in p/X and l sold it via Motorway 3 days later for £12800. !
Rumesh and Amy were very much helpful. The entire process was easy to navigate, swift and conducted in a polite manner. They are trustworthy and reliable
Stevenage Branch. This place screams dodgy before you even enter the premises! My appointment was at 5pm but we arrived half hour early. I was told the car was being washed (it wasn't, it was no where to be seen) and would be with me asap. I was introduced to a very very chatty "salesman" who was very busy flying around the place but kept us updated. I went to this garage with my hubby (excellent knowledge of cars and bodywork) and his mate (mechanic and bodywork expert) So glad these 2 blokes were with me because in the hour and half they had to walk around this shambles of a garage, they saw scratches, dodgy touchups, spray paint jobs that don't even match the cars this list goes on! Anyway, after almost 2 hours the car I was interested in was ready. When it pulled up from the car wash (they dried it after we told them to leave it wet, this makes it easier to spot discrepancies) my two mechanical minded men spotted that the entire car had had a complete spray job and a bad one at that! They asked 3 times why it had been sprayed and the formally chatty salesman lost his voice! I had a lucky escape from this place. Thank god I got my £100 deposit back, I was on tenterhooks for a day or two waiting for it. Please please read the lower rated reviews, check reviews on Trustpilot, some of them will blow your mind!
Very helpful & no sales tactics. We were given lots of time to inspect the car and test drive. Very happy overall and would recommend.
Stevenage branch I've not purchased a car in a long time and have only had the new one for a few hours. They were lovely, friendly, professional, answered all my questions. There was no hard sell to purchase, they were not pushy.
In mid 2024 I purchased a vehicle with the Dunstable branch of the dealership. Within a month the plastic trim of the car fell off, leading to the discovery that the vehicle had been damaged. It was found that the door was pushed in and bent out of shape, the rear windscreen had been smashed (glass left under the rear seats), and the car had been resprayed (so poorly that the paint was crumbling off of the car). It is suggested that this damaged was a result of it be ex-mobility (something that was never mentioned at time of purchase). However, I fail to see how a car being mobility would result in a door panel (the metal) being bent in at the bottom. I have not been able to access the original documents from the auction and so I am left unsure what actually occurred with the vehicle to result in the issues. To repair these issues would have amounted to £2K+ on my part. Dunstable were unable to make any concessions to have the car fixed near me, insisting it was returned over 350 miles to them to be repaired. Additionally, despite being asked for a general outline of repairs, They would not confirm how it would be repaired. Despite stating outright that they were not to work on the car without speaking to myself, they moved unilaterally and “fixed the car”. I only found out it had been repaired when I called for the 4th time that week to check the car had made it safely to the. They never let me know it arrived 11 days prior. In actuality they did the bare minimum to cover the issues and failed to fix all of the issues. After 3 months they finally admitted via email the car had been bought at auction and was damaged. Something the failed to put in the advert or when specifically asked about damage to the car prior to buying. Had I of known the car had been damaged and repaired I would not have felt comfortable purchasing the vehicle. I was left without a vehicle for over three weeks and the whole process took over 3 months as they simply failed to reply to emails in a timely manner. At present, a report has been placed with trading standards by Consumer advice Scotland (who assisted me in navigating this situation) as they felt it situated met the threshold for “misleading sale” or “misspelling of an item” as defined by current consumer regulations. Nothing further has happened on this front, we await a review on the details by trading standards. Would not recommend this dealership. I have felt very let down, am out of pocket financially and left without a car needed for my employment.
Amazing service, they take the time and explain everything! Very professional,I definitely recommend it 👌
