Feb 18,2025I've had to cancel both of my hotel reservations I made on Rehlat in 2023, both well within the free cancellation policy. The cancellation went fine, quick communication. But thennnnn the problem started. It is now February 2025 and i am still waiting on my refunds. Mind you, i've been emailing them every single month, week and now every day. I always get the same lame excuse that they've forwarded my message to their accounting department on "high priority". it's been OVER A YEAR TO GET MY REFUND. I'll continute to stalk with daily emails and see what i can do legally with my lawyer.

I contacted you million times you keep on telling me that my refund is under process. You're 100 percent has poor quality service. Pure scammer!!

Feb 12,2025Nadat ik een reservering had gemaakt via rehlat in Strasburg. Bij aankomst was daar niks van bekend. Bellen met rehlat daar werd niet gezocht naar een oplossing. Wel hebben ze me 4 uur laten geloven dat er een oplossing zou komen. 300 euro betaald voor 1 nacht waar ik geen gebruik van heb kunnen maken. Zelf nieuw hotel moeten zoeken en nog eens 400 euro moeten betalen voor 1 nacht omdat vele hotels vol zaten. Nog steeds na bijna 3 maanden nog geen refund ontvangen. Wat een naar bedrijf.

In fact, we have been discussing the same problem for three months now. Refund for canceled reservation RCO3399451. I wrote them more than thirty letters. I gave them full information - about the canceled reservation number, about my bank account, everything that is needed to return my money. Each time they answer me that they are working with high priority on resolving the problem and nothing else is happening. How will they be helpful to me? Maybe by answering me again that the refund request is currently being processed with high priority and their team is working diligently to speed up the process and ensure that I will receive my refund as soon as possible. I'm tired of the same answers without result. Please refund my money now and end this torture.

Feb 11,2025So far no refund a month down the line of canceling and just the nonsense automated replies say 'forwarded this to our Finance Department on high priority'. Having seen them advertising on Google Maps I thought this travel group were a legitimate travel organisation but it seems they're scammers. I am going to complain to Google and their Maps division asking them to review and remove Rehlat from advertising there, as many people have lost money, turned up with no bookings and generally being fleeced by these charlatans. I suggest anyone who reads this and has been poorly served by Rehlat do the same.

Ont encaissé de l’argent et quelques heures après ils m’envoient un maille précisant qu’il n’ont pas pu confirmer ma réservation. Je ne suis pas remboursé. J’ai compris que c’était une escroquerie. J’ai fait opposition à ma carte bleue du coup en plus de l’argent du billet qu’il ont pris. L’opposition m’a couté 20 euro auprès de ma banque. C’est des voleurs. Ils ont un numéro de téléphone en France mais quand vous appelez c’est en Égypte et ne parlent pas français انتم خونة ومرتزقة الله لا يربحكم. J’espère voire couler votre agence. Espèces de voleurs

Feb 09,2025I made a Fairmount Makkah hotel booking for 5 days, including payment charges, and asked for the confirmation to be sent to me. I planned to send that confirmation to the hotel to ensure my booking was confirmed before I arrived. However, even after one week, my booking was not confirmed. I have been emailing Rehlat daily, but the only response I have received is a generic email reply.

Feb 08,2025I think this website and the people managing it are frauds. They changed my booking and increased fares 24 hrs before arrival of my guest in spite of paying in full 20 days before. I eventually cancelled it. Now that I am following up for my refund it has taken at least 20 mails and countless telephone calls. I still do not have a response. Finally they have refunded my money after 3 months, 20 calls, over 2 dozen emails and 1 review on trust pilot.

Feb 05,2025DO NOT use this website to book any hotels!!! I booked a hotel through this website and they sent me a email 10 mins later explaining how they couldn’t make the reservation and I had to pay more on top of what I already paid to secure the booking. I asked for a refund to which they denied and asked I would pay a lower fee to secure the booking. I denied it and asked for a refund to which they totally stopped replying to me. Waste of time. Google should not even advertise their useless website.

Feb 02,2025Got scammed. They charged me for an hotel that doesn't exist. After payment, they sent me an email saying they needed to charge extra (for whatever reason) and I had to send them my credit card info by email. I refused and asked for a refund. They offered to lower the extra cost. I refused and asked for a refund. They said they were giving me a full refund. The refund never came, so I file a dispute with my bank. My bank managed to get my money back. Don't trust Rehlat, they will scam you. [EDIT] To answer Rehlat reply, no, you do not provide any help. You say "We will pay you back" but one month later, still no refund. I had to file a dispute with my back to get my money back. Did you even read the review? Do you even care?

Jan 30,2025I booked a hotel with Rehalt in Nov 24. They cancelled the booking and offered another hotel on the other side of the city or to get a full refund. I chose refund and they have been absolutely terrible in processing the refund and send same message every time I ask for an update. It’s more than two months and at least 50 messages of reminders and still no refund. Don’t use Rehlat! I am writing this following the response from Rehalt. The response is empty words. As of now, more than two months later, there is no sign of refund and they continue to send same damn message - it’s a totally corrupt and scam service. DO NOT USE REHLAT. All travel sites should ban them.

They are sending the same messages over again and don't return money. I payed for the hotel in Marrocco and didn't receive any reservation. It's the biggest travel scam ever, avoid it!!

Jan 21,2025Avoid this company. I don't understand why google still shows this company in hotel price comparison and why creditcard companies don't have them on a black list. My experience: they were the cheapest but during booking the price of the booking rises twice. Even then still the cheapest so booked anyhow. Within 10 minutes a reply that due technical issue they couldn't book but they could reserve an other hotel( that was much cheaper). Now I'm waiting for 16 days on a refund. Is it a coincidence that all positieve reviews are from SA or Kuwait?

Feb 20,2025Son una estafa, reservo habitacion me la cobran, y al dia siguiente me dicen que queda anulada la reserva por no disponer el hotel de la habitacion, me dicen la posibilidad de cambiar o anular y reembolsar el pago, le digo anular y aun estoy esperando el reembolso y han pasado dos mese, se lo reitero y me dan largas diciendo que lo estan gestionando.- Lo dicho son una ESTAFAAA no se fien.-
